    This study examines the evolution of the communication landscape in China, highlighting the symbiotic fusion of traditional and new media and its profound implications for the marketing strategies of Chinese enterprises. Statistical analysis emphasises the steady dominance of traditional media, with television, newspapers and radio retaining significant audience shares. In contrast, the growing landscape of new media, exemplified by platforms such as WeChat, Weibo and Douyin, demonstrates unprecedented digital penetration. The empirical prevalence of both media modalities calls for a realignment of marketing strategies: market segmentation, cross-media campaigns, neuroscience research and algorithmic modelling become key tools to optimise brand resonance and consumer engagement.

    Abstract:
    The article studies the current state and key problems of development of procure-ment activities in the consumer cooperation system of the Yaroslavl region. The analysis revealed the concentration of the regional cooperation system on the retail trade sector and a relatively low level of development of systemically important for regional markets areas – agricultural cooperation, cooperation in the sphere of public services. The formed set of problems should be considered as a combination of national and regional problems. The priority directions of development of the consumer cooperation system in the region are: promoting the development of co-operative relations in agriculture, local production, building the infrastructure of interregional relations; popularization of the infrastructure of assistance to improve the experience of entrepreneurs.

    Abstract:
    Over 2012–2022, there were changes in the composition of the number of employees and revenue to the type of economic activity «Agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming» in the context of the regions of the Central and Far Eastern federal districts. There were also changes in the structure of the analyzed indicators. Assessment of structural shifts in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District indicate the presence of both negative and positive ones. The assessment using the integral indicator made it possible to indicate the presence of insignificant structural differences in the number of employees and very significant structural differences in revenue for the analyzed type of economic activity. The noted changes led to the improvement in the industrial index of labor productivity and, as a result, the presence of a positive shifting effect due to changes in the structures of the number of employees and revenue in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District in 2017–2022.

    Abstract:
    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.

    Historically, the metaphysical peculiarity of religion has not contributed to tolerance and recognition of religious human rights outside of one's own religious tradition. Each religion asserted its own uniqueness and superiority in understanding Salvation as a person overcoming the finiteness of being in time, and the ways to Salvation offered by it. Intolerance rather than tolerance, conformity rather than non-conformity, consent rather than dissent have been the dominant motives in the history of religions. The absolutization of each religious tradition served as a basis for intolerance towards other faiths. Therefore, it is natural that the recognition of religious freedom is stimulated not so much by the decisions of church councils, but rather by the activities of secular authorities who have formed a legislative framework guaranteeing its observance. At the same time, in today's debates about freedom of religion and conscience, one should not forget the fact that there are teachings on tolerance and condemnation of religious coercion and disrespect for religious views other than one 's own, which are found in the main world religions. This chapter demonstrates the positions of founders of the religious teachings of Ancient East, condemning the oppression of the religious rights of representatives of other faiths. It is important that the recognition of religious human rights be voiced not only by the instruments of national and international legislation, but also by the religions themselves.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study of ideas about a socially active personality among university students. Based on the characteristics of the three components of social ideas, it was concluded that there are a number of contradictions in ideas, the most significant of which are the contradictions between a positive assessment of the result of prosocial activity and negativism towards the self-realization of the individual in it. Some obstacles to increasing prosocial activity and the potential that teachers and psychologists can rely on have been identified. It is proposed to pay attention to prosocial cooperation as a phenomenon that combines the value and semantic features of prosocial activity.

    The chapter examines the importance of critical thinking in the modern world and its development among schoolchildren, especially in the context of reading literacy in literature lessons. The author presents the technology of critical thinking as an effective method for analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing information, and provides examples of its use in teaching literature. In today's world, where information surrounds us from all sides, the ability to think critically is becoming a key skill for a successful life and professional activity. It is especially important to develop this skill among schoolchildren, since their ability to learn and adapt in an ever-changing world depends on it. The chapter discusses the application of the Cinquain method in the educational process, its usefulness for the development of creative thinking, critical analysis and communication skills. The advantages of using this method in literature lessons are considered and examples of its implementation in the educational process are offered. The author also presents the practical experience of a teacher in literature lessons at the middle level: a lesson summary, examples of cinquaines compiled by students in the classroom.

    The current socio-economic situation in the international space poses many challenges and threats to the Russian Federation that need timely and adequate responses. The rehabilitation by a number of unfriendly states of the post-industrial development model forces them to look for (and find) new ways and algorithms of development, reorienting the logistics directions of foreign economic activity from the West to the East Asian vectors of development. In connection with such a restructuring of the foreign economic model of integration relations management, there are many new tools, models and algorithms of activity that have not yet been taken into account in the scientific domestic and foreign literature and therefore require special attention and study in terms of increment of scientific knowledge, which redefines the relevance of this chapter. The Federal Customs Service (FCS), within the framework of the ongoing processes, is a kind of “filter” or “barrier” to unfair competition and illegal economic actions in relation to the Russian Federation. Therefore, it is from the positions and possibilities of its development prospects that the possible positive dynamics of the process of further foreign economic activity is considered. The study was conducted from the stand-point of systemic, complex, situational and process approaches. The materials of monographic studies, statistical reporting data and documents of software and target support served as an information layer. As practical recommendations, reference points for the growth of the effectiveness of the system of foreign economic activity are outlined.

    For 2005–2021, significant structural shifts occurred in the production and production structure of the main types of livestock products (livestock and poultry for slaughter (in slaughter weight), milk) of the Central and Far Eastern Federal Districts, which are confirmed by the assessment of the integral coefficient of structural differences. These assessments made it possible to establish that the production of livestock products in the Central Federal District is characterized by a predominant concentration in agricultural organizations, which contributes to an increase in milk consumption and milk production by the population of the regions of the district. In the Far Eastern Federal District, the main producers of products are households that are mainly focused on ensuring personal consumption of products. The organizational and economic structure of the Far Eastern Federal District is characterized by relative stability, which requires attention from the authorities, since the population's consumption of livestock products per capita in most regions of the district is significantly lower than the average Russian consumption. The increasing involvement of agricultural organizations and peasant (farm) farms in the production of livestock products with active financial support from the state and the presence of consumer demand will increase the consumption of the most important types of products per capita in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District to the all-Russian level.

    The emergence of new public policy priorities in the field of education changes the role of lifelong education in the system of socialization of the individual, as well as the nature of interaction between various subjects within the educational process and beyond. To increase competitiveness in the labor market, students of higher educational institutions need to be prepared to quickly master new knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of professional activity in the labor market. One of the forms of obtaining specific knowledge and skills for students in parallel with higher education is additional education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the pedagogical conditions for the formation of general professional competencies among bachelors of pedagogical education using additional education programs. Materials and methods of research. The research materials are the methodologically based on a scientific review of research approaches developed in domestic pedagogy in the field of improving the system of training generalist specialists in the development of additional education programs. The research methods are the study and analysis of scientific and methodological literary sources, as well as questioning of students. Research results. At the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev Center for Continuing Education. To determine the possibility of additional professional education, a study was conducted among students of this university in order to identify their awareness of the possibilities of mastering additional education programs. The results of the survey, according to which many students plan to undergo additional education in standard programs, 20% plan to receive certificates or certificates in a whole range of programs. Conclusions. The system of additional education adapts future teachers to the specifics of modern socio-economic conditions, high demands from the labor market and, ultimately, forms a highly qualified specialist with a wide profile, capable of a continuous process of self-improvement in the process of professional activity.

    The work is devoted to the study of the vocabulary of youth groups in Yoshkar-Ola in 1980–1990. The purpose of this article is to characterize the local features of the language of Yoshkar-Ola youth unofficial groups. The research material was the jargon of participants in street gangs in the capital of the Republic of Mari El at the end of the twentieth century. The sources of language material were documentary literature, journalistic articles, dictionaries of substandard vocabulary and recordings of live speech of former group members. During the research, methods of linguistic observation and description, dictionary interpretation, and contextual analysis of lexical units were used. As a result of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that a number of jargons discussed in the article have become part of the unofficial microtoponymy of the city of Yoshkar-Ola. The likelihood of such lexical units appearing in dictionaries of non-literary vocabulary published by leading publishers is extremely low. The collected material contains information about the etymology of the unofficial toponymy of the city of Yoshkar-Ola, the communicative preferences of local youth and the linguistic realities of 1980–1990. The sublanguage of hooligan youth is very close in nature to Russian argot. A more detailed study of the jargon of street gang members may help change the uncritical attitude of Russian speakers towards the language of the criminal world.
