- Abstract:
- The phenomenon of the impact of metaphorical associative cards remains poorly understood in modern scientific and methodological literature. At the same time, the effectiveness of their impact and the lack of knowledge of the psychological mechanisms and principles of operation of MAC (metaphorical associative cards) encourage the imagination of students and clients to attribute them to a mystical realm, comparing them with Tarot cards. This chapter will be useful for practical psychologists, educators, psychotherapists, specialists in related fields of art therapy, art pedagogy, and anyone interested in metaphorical associative cards as an effective art therapeutic tool.

- Abstract:
- The purpose of the study is to consider the teachers’ aging. The factors influencing it are marked, using the example of Alatyr in the Chuvash Republic. In the chapter reveals the local features of secondary school staffing based on the empirical research analysis conducted in the period of 2021 – 2023. To understand the dynamic of changes in teachers’ aging, statistics was calculated. To visualize the results of the study a graphical method was used. The trend towards the aging of teachers in the school system of Alatyr, Chuvash Republic is obvious. It is also proved by the results of the research in pools of primary school, English and Maths teachers in 2021 and 2023. Current data may enable local education authorities to take a long-term approach to establishing a systematic set of strategies to build a more solid ground of the profession. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the obtained data, indicating a low level of renewal of the teaching staff, can be used to improve the situation with the aging of teachers. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that previously the teachers’ aging problem was not directly associated with local features of secondary school staffing. The data can be used by specialists to clarify the system of actions to stimulate the recruitment and retention of new teachers in the school system of a small town considering the local features.

- Railia R. Shapirova, Raziia F. Akhtarieva
- Work direction:
- Глава 15
- Abstract:
- One of the key challenges associated with the introduction of digital technologies is changing the structure and form of reading. Schoolchildren increasingly prefer short, visually rich texts, which affects their ability to perceive more complex, multi-layered literary works. To improve the level of reading literacy, it is necessary to develop comprehensive approaches that take into account the opportunities and limitations of the digital environment so that every student can maximize the benefits of using modern technologies in education. The authors considered the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the impact of digitalization on the development of reading literacy in schoolchildren, analyzed the experience of using digitalization to develop reading literacy in schoolchildren, and identified the levels of reading literacy. To solve the tasks set, scientific tools were used, including comparative and statistical analysis, study and analysis of research carried out in the field of school education, study of regulatory documents, modeling, observation, study of educational products, and questionnaires.

- The article presents an innovative author's approach to the concept of human capital, developed based on years of practical experience in executive coaching and personnel management. For the first time, two key meta-components of human capital—the value level and the team—are introduced into the scientific discourse and HR management practice. These components have traditionally been excluded from analysis in the assessment, development, and retention of an organization's human capital. - Modern socio-psychological aspects of risk in the educational environment
- Abstract:

- Abstract:
- This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.

- Abstract:
- The main source of income for any person is wages. It also helps to control the measure of labor and consumption. Therefore, wages can be considered as an economic lever for managing the economy of an enterprise. Wages act as a central factor that has a direct impact on the productivity of employees. This is the incentive for which a person works in a company. Today, the state pays special attention to the development of multiple regulations that regulate the payment of salaries to employees. First of all, it is necessary to build a wage system in the company as competently as possible. The system should be as clear as possible for each employee, because it is through it that he sees the relationship between productivity, as well as the quality of work and the amount of wages. Depending on what the wages will be, the standard of living of citizens depends, and this is an extremely important factor in the development of the state as a whole. When wages are reduced, expenses in all areas are reduced, and this also leads to an increase in unemployment.

- Abstract:
- Digital technologies make it possible to automate the processes of disinformation and information warfare, launch fakes promptly and on a large scale, organize information interventions to shift public attention from one information agenda to another, to conduct information and psychological operations, and to have a certain impact on the consciousness and behavior of target groups. Fakes circulate not only in pop media and propaganda channels, but also penetrate into journalism, educational content, and scientific discourse, not only as a subject of scientific research, but also as a result of falsification; the phenomenon of fake journalism and journalism that ignores the high standards and principles of the profession has emerged. In the dense flow of rapidly updating information, attentive perception is difficult, it is difficult to distinguish between truth and falsification, and to obtain reliable information about events; Society is under unprecedented pressure from digital media disinformation, undermining trust in social institutions and social communication channels. These circumstances actualize the issues of improving the methodology and tools for verifying information and recognizing fake content in online media. The purpose of the study is to analyze the signs of fake media content and improve methods of countering disinformation in the media space. Results: the goals and motives of fake creators and distributors, signs and technologies of digital content falsification are investigated, approaches to combating fakes and falsification of information in online media are analyzed, the effectiveness of various technologies for detecting fake content and countering its influence is assessed. The concept of a comprehensive system for countering fakes in the digital space is outlined. One of the conclusions of the study is that countering the influence of fake online media content is not limited to technical and regulatory solutions, since the mechanisms of this influence are socio-psychological; cognitive sciences can provide a methodology for effectively countering deception and manipulation.
