    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the problem of the information literacy formation, as well as significant media qualities of studying youth’s personalities, and their socialization in the context of global informatization of education. Personality is understood as a complex, versatile, and voluminous concept of the inner and social essence of an individual. It is defined as a person who constantly develops his inner qualities in a social environment, manifested in the process of communication. The possibilities of the influence of media environment and media education on the formation of student’s personality and media literacy in architectural, artistic, and technological directions and design are investigated. The process, methodological features, and results of professional and artistic education in the media environment and the real environment were also explored in this article. The author concludes the importance of acquiring media information literacy, critical thinking in the formation of a student's artistic and professional personality, and his successful socialization in the media environment. Socialization in the media environment is viewed as a self-developing professional entry into a new information system with the assimilation of rules and acquisition of knowledge and skills, excluding social risks. The research methodology is based on the interdisciplinary paradigm, the principles of consistency and scientific nature, psychological and pedagogical concepts of personality-oriented education as well as the didactic concept of teaching via digital technologies. The educational technologies described by the author can be applied in teaching art students, architects, art-technologists, and designers.

  • Globalization and the problem of gender role identification of younger generations

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the Western project of globalization, characterizes a number of social engineering technologies used for its implementation. Special attention is paid to such aspects of globalization as the reduction of the world's population, the atomization of society, the women's issue and gender role identification of the younger generations. The question is raised about which groups of the population are supposed to ensure a gradual reduction in the population. It is shown that the poorest segments of the population and women of the biological sex are in the most vulnerable position. The article analyzes social engineering technologies aimed at reducing the population and atomizing society, such as the propaganda of the LGBT+ movement and biological sex change among young people from different countries, including Russia, the technology of introducing the «Child free» subculture, the «MeToo» movement, as well as the formation of egocentric and hedonistic attitudes among the younger generation by mass media and show business. The necessity of creating domestic technologies of education and upbringing, which make it possible to neutralize the negative impact of technologies of the liberal-globalist project on Russian children and youth, is substantiated.

    The chapter considers methodological approaches to the development of business communication skills of students of a non-linguistic university in a foreign language based on educational speech situations that allow reconstructing the conditions of business intercultural communication that are significant for educational purposes. In the context of interactive, situational and communicative approach, some stages and features of the development of intercultural business communication are specified. The advantage of a communicative task from a methodological point of view as a stimulus for speech activity and a means of managing the student's speech behavior in a specific situation of intercultural business communication are noted. A business game is characterized as the most effective stage of teaching a foreign language in the field of intercultural business communication; recommendations are given for the use of business games in the educational process of a non-linguistic university. The conceptual foundations of gaming technologies are described and the methodology of their use within the framework of interactive and communicative approaches is substantiated.

    Learning is working with a variety of educational texts based on reading, understanding, evaluating and interpreting information. To identify the result of reading an educational mathematical text and the quality of understanding the meaning of the text space created by educational materials, it is necessary to diagnose reading, namely, the level of semantic reading. In the modern study of reading, the PISA international monitoring, the concept of reading literacy, its components and levels are defined. The success of understanding more complex educational mathematical texts will depend on the level of reader literacy. If the levels of reading literacy have evaluation criteria and diagnostic apparatus, then how to assess the level of semantic reading? The article examines the relationship between the levels of reading literacy and text comprehension, models for assessing the semantic complexity of the text and semantic reading skills, various level structures for diagnosing the understanding of a mathematical educational text. Based on the studied scientific material, the complexity of the educational mathematical text "Triangle" was assessed according to criteria such as the number of words, simple words, scientific terms and their complexity, the number of mentions of scientific terms in each paragraph. Diagnostic material has also been created to check the understanding of this text, each task of which is aimed at determining the understanding of each information block and assessing the degree of development of semantic reading.

    The article discusses some aspects of the development of functional literacy of students in computer science lessons. The author reveals the essence and content of functional literacy, the main components of functional literacy, and the signs of a functionally literate person. A solution to the problem of developing students' functional literacy within the framework of the implementation of the updated Federal State Educational Standard is proposed through the use of teaching methods and techniques, forms, tools, techniques and tasks aimed at developing students' functional literacy. This approach is possible when teaching computer science, since computer science is one of the subjects in which functional literacy can be most effectively developed. In computer science lessons, it is possible to use elements of a large number of educational technologies that make it possible to successfully develop the functional literacy of a future graduate who is able to adapt to the changing conditions of modern life. The purpose of the study is to identify opportunities for developing functional literacy of students in computer science lessons. The methodological basis of the article is a complex of general scientific, paradigmatic and instrumental approaches. The results obtained can be used as a resource for expanding the factual base in the application of various teaching methods for the development of functional literacy of students.

    Abstract:
    The article provides a retrospective analysis of various approaches to the adaptation of students in an interactive educational environment. The characteristics of each of the analyzed approaches highlight the specifics of students' adaptation to the conditions of an interactive learning environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of students' adaptation to an interactive educational environment. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to the adaptation of students to the educational process has allowed us to define pedagogical processes as synergetic systems in which unstable, unexpected and unpredictable situations are constantly created that require an adequate operational response from students. Consideration of pedagogical processes as synergetic systems leads to the need to use interactive educational technologies in the educational process. In an interactive educational environment, adaptation does not manifest itself in a traditional academic form, but takes the form of preadaptation, which requires students to quickly search, build and regulate their attitude and behavior, adequately changing the conditions of the educational environment. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of interactive learning technologies in the study, meaning-creating educational technologies have been experimentally developed and substantiated, allowing creating conditions in the educational process for the openness of thoughts, ideas and meanings of students and the phenomena studied and knowledge about them. The educational technologies proposed in the article are a new direction in the development of an interactive educational environment, and their use in educational practice can significantly increase the adaptability of students to the educational environment.

    Статья подготовлена к 100-летию со дня рождения одного из наиболее известных ветеранов ДВГУПС, кандидата технических наук, профессора, основателя специальности «Водоснабжение и водоотведение» в ДВГУПС Георгия Исаевича Воловника (1924–2013). В статье Г.И. Воловник представлен и как талантливый лектор, постоянно работавший над доступностью изложения методов очистки воды, и как плодовитый автор учебных пособий, предложивший новые методические подходы к изложению специальных дисциплин профиля «Водоснабжение и водоотведение» и описавший оригинальные методики в области эксплуатации и реконструкции инженерных сооружений. На конкретных примерах показано, как печатные труды Г.И. Воловника сыграли большую роль в практике преподавания и в дальнейшем развитии методической работы кафедры «Гидравлика и водоснабжение» ДВГУПС.

The categories of children with disabilities who need neuropsychological support are described. Emphasis is placed on the organization of interhemispheric interaction in speech therapy classes.     This study aims to explore the theoretical underpinnings and experimental frameworks of music therapy, particularly when augmented by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The increasing integration of AI in various scientific domains and daily life prompts its consideration in medical and musical applications. The primary objective is to assess the efficacy of AI-generated music in music therapy settings. To achieve this, a multi-faceted approach combining synthesis, analysis, induction, deduction, and descriptive methods is employed. Additionally, the historical-genetic method is utilized to trace the genesis and evolution of the music therapy-AI intersection. The practical implications of this research are profound, as the findings can inform the development of music therapy practices that incorporate AI. Initial findings suggest that AI enables a more individualized approach in music therapy, which is advantageous. Furthermore, AI-assisted melody creation for therapeutic purposes is significantly faster than traditional methods relying solely on human composition. Consequently, this study underscores the novelty and significance of AI in music therapy research.

Despite the fact that other reviews present a significant number of aspects and characteristics related to sustainability, this study examines additional substantive characteristics, such as digitalization in the field of cooperative graduate education, and the competitive advantages of consumer cooperation. Based on the study of the consumer cooperation sustainability, all the cooperative advantages are combined into multilevel systemic aspects and the most significant for the sustainable development of cooperation are distinguished. The author proposes scientific and methodological approach, which consists in considering the types of sustainability and systematization of indicators for its assessment using system analysis.

The purpose of the chapter is to systematize approaches to the definition of the concept of "educational service", as well as to identify stakeholders who are in permanent interaction in the educational service market. The research methods are based on cognitive and systemic approaches. The result is the authors' systematization of the stakeholders of the educational service market with the definition of the expected results from their provision / receipt.   • Ritual functions of clothing in the memorial rites of the Chuvashs

    Abstract:
    Clothes perform many functions functions. One of them is the ritual function, according to which it becomes an important tool or object of various magical practices. In this article, using the example of the сhuvashs of the Volga-Ural region, the functions of the deceased’s clothes in the customs and rituals of the memorial cycle are considered. On separate thematic blocks, the role of clothing as a ritual item at large commemorations, at the fortieth day commemoration, as well as at general summer commemorations was investigated. The article is based on published works on the history and ethnography of the chuvashs of the 19th – early 20th centuries, archival sources, as well as field materials of the author collected in different years in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Tatarstan. It has been revealed that in the funeral rites, clothes appear and are actively used as a substitute for the deceased, as well as an offering addressed to the deceased on behalf of living relatives. Thanks to these qualities, clothing is one of the important and universal means of communication between the world of the living and the world of the dead. Rites with clothes in memorial rites have been preserved and exist in modern ritual practice. Such stability, on the one hand, is due to the deep archaic and conservative funeral rite as a whole, on the other hand, the comparative stability of this ritual to modern innovations.

  • Formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren as a didactic problem (regional aspect)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the urgent problem of formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren, which is interpreted as the most important type of functional literacy, based on the ability to operate various types of texts, understanding their deep meaning and correct interpretation. The authors reveal the specifics of the formation of reading literacy in Russian language classes, using regionally colored texts as a meaning-forming content component. The materials of the article reflect the data of the pedagogical experiment, which allows to adjust the methodological strategies of the teacher in a significant way. The authors state that despite the need to comply with the normative requirements set forth in the updated FSES, modern teachers do not work on the formation of functional literacy in the system. A comprehensive analysis of the educational results of the educational process allowed the authors of the article to argue that the content basis of lessons aimed at the formation of functional literacy can be regionally colored texts that allow building lines of in-depth dialogue against the background of understanding the meanings of the culture of the small homeland.

    The author proposed the use of project management tools in order to improve the spatial development of non-agglomeration territories of the Samara region. The results of the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of measures are briefly presented: 1) to create municipal road funds for rural settlements in need of construction/reconstruction of rural roads; 2) to organize co-financing of the construction of new roads of intermunicipal importance to ensure rapid communication with cities and regions within the Samara-Tolyatti agglomeration. To optimize management processes within the framework of the proposed activities, the “AS-IS” and “TO-BE” models were used.

    Abstract:
    Наставничество в логопедических группах является одним из ключевых методов работы с детьми, испытывающими проблемы в речевом развитии. Логопедические группы предоставляют возможность детям общаться и взаимодействовать друг с другом, что способствует более эффективному прогрессу в их развитии. Однако для достижения максимальных результатов необходимо наличие квалифицированного наставника, который будет оказывать поддержку и руководить процессом работы. В статье рассмотрены основные принципы наставничества в логопедических группах, а также его роль в индивидуальном развитии каждого ребенка. Обсуждены практические аспекты работы наставника: от выбора подходящих методик до создания эффективных коммуникативных стратегий. Познакомившись с этой темой ближе, можно получить ценные знания о том, как помочь детям преодолевать трудности в речевом развитии через коллективную работу и процесс наставничества.
