    Abstract:
    The work recreates an existential portrait of V.I. Lenin based on the works of Russian emigrants. The psychological, social, political, religious and philosophical characteristics of V.I. Lenin's personality given by emigrants are studied. The historical context of the formation of Russian emigrants' evaluative views on the activities of V.I. Lenin is considered. The approaches of emigrants to demythologization of the historical image of V.I. Lenin are clarified. In the context of modern psychology, the interpretation of the analysis of the character of V.I. Lenin, carried out by emigrants, is considered. The system of accusations of Leninist Bolshevism by emigrants is reconstructed. The specificity of understanding of V.I. Lenin by emigrants as the main existential enemy of the Russian people and Russian Orthodox civilization is revealed. The continuity and development of the views of emigrants in modern studies of the phenomenology of the personality of V.I. Lenin is shown.

    This paper examines the problem of digital inequality among the elderly and the potential of distance learning technologies to address it. Digital inequality is viewed as a multi-layered phenomenon manifested in differences in access, skills, and benefits from digital technologies. Specific barriers to the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) by older adults are analyzed. The study substantiates the effectiveness of distance learning for the older generation. It examines methodological features of teaching based on the principles of andragogy and gerogogy: reliance on life experience, practice-oriented approach, and the use of simple interfaces and step-by-step instructions. Practical recommendations are formulated for the implementation of distance learning technologies at the federal, regional, and local levels with the participation of educational organizations, technology companies, and civil society.

  • Linguistic-Axiological Peculiarities of Fiction as a Translatological Issue (Based on Short Stories by Ghanaian Writer Ama Ata Aidoo)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to linguistic analysis of two short stories by Ghanaian writer Ama Ata Aidoo from the standpoint of linguistic axiology and translation studies. The research helps identify language and text markers of the author’s expressive means in 20 contexts taken from the short stories “For Whom Things Did not Change” and “Other Versions” from the short story collection “No Sweetness Here”. The axiologically filled contexts are identified based on the writer’s system of values as outlined by Russian and foreign literary critics. The research suggests that it is possible to delineate various language units functioning on all levels of the language – from phonology and graphics up to syntax. The axiologically marked units are then analysed from the perspective of translation studies in order to understand how the writer’s system of values can be expressed while translating her works into the Russian language. It is noteworthy that Ama Ata Aidoo uses a wide range of expressive means, often combining them, in order to convey her system of values. She also uses intertextual elements and titles for the same purpose. That said, the Russian translations of these short stories significantly transform the original texts, with some of these transformations being rather questionable. Nonetheless, the research makes it possible to assume that the system of transformations undertaken by translators helps them achieve the transmission of Ama Ata Aidoo’s values in Russian texts rather successfully.

    The chapter considers the competence-based approach in the system of higher pedagogical education as an important factor in the formation of pedagogical tolerance in students. The structure of pedagogical tolerance as a component of professional competence of a future teacher is analyzed, the importance of interpersonal and value attitudes in the educational process is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the integration of tolerance attitudes into academic disciplines, pedagogical practice and interaction in the educational environment. Substantiates the need for systematic work on the development of tolerance through competence-oriented teaching technologies. The directions of the university's work on the formation of students' ability for constructive dialogue and respectful interaction in pedagogical activity are presented.

    Modern interactive education in higher education is an innovative approach that combines teaching and learning through the active participation of all those involved in the educational process. The study analyzes the psychological background of this method and its impact on the effectiveness of students' learning. The article examines the relationship between the use of interactive methods and academic achievements, the level of student satisfaction with the learning process in higher education institutions. The study was based on data collected through a voluntary anonymous online survey among students at the bachelor's and Master's degrees in humanities, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the perception of the interactive educational process at the university. The Yandex Forms platform was used to conduct the survey, which made it possible to provide convenience and ease of access for participants. The research methodology included a questionnaire designed to study various aspects of the use of interactive teaching methods in higher education institutions.

Combining traditional methodological approaches with the capabilities of modern online platforms such as Miro opens up promising areas in teaching foreign languages. The authors consider how this online platform can be effectively used to organize students' group work, increase their motivation and, as a result, improve the quality of learning. The potential of the platform is being explored, combining the theoretical foundations of interactive learning with practical experience using the platform. Special attention is paid to the role of active involvement of students in the educational process, the development of communication skills and the formation of intercultural competence. The authors substantiate the effectiveness of interactive methods for creating a favorable educational environment that stimulates creative activity and independence of students.

    This chapter discusses the features of the formation of logical thinking in primary school students based on modern innovative methods and pedagogical technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis and classification of innovative teaching methods, such as gaming technologies, critical thinking development technology, problem-based learning, the use of digital interactive resources, as well as elements of STEM education. Describes the conditions for the effective use of these approaches in the educational process of primary school, as well as pedagogical techniques that contribute to the formation of basic logical operations: analysis, comparison, synthesis, generalization, classification.     This chapter provides a detailed review and description of the specifics of teaching reading at the secondary school level, including the types, skills, and abilities necessary for developing successful reading experience in English. Particular attention was paid to the goals of teaching reading, which are aimed not only at developing text perception skills, but also at developing critical thinking and understanding of semantic content in students. The research presents and analyzes a methodological technique – the «Fishbone» technique, purposed at developing reading skills. Its advantages were highlighted, such as structuring information, developing analytical thinking, and improving understanding of text material. It turned out that the use of this technique helps to activate students' cognitive activity and increase their interest in the language being studied. Thus, successful acquisition of reading skills in secondary school requires an integrated approach that combines knowledge of the age characteristics of students, a clear understanding of the learning goals, and the introduction of effective methodological techniques, such as the «Fishbone» technique. This makes the learning process more effective and exciting, creating a solid foundation for further language development.

    The article reveals the features of studying V. V. Mayakovsky's poem "A Good Attitude Towards Horses" in the school literature course. The focus is on the key themes of the work: compassion for a living creature, the confrontation with the cruelty of an indifferent crowd, and the healing power of human words and participation. The article examines the linguistic means used in the text. Special attention is given to the image of the lyrical hero, who is not just an observer but also an active participant in the events, whose empathy becomes a source of salvation.

    The influence of board games on the development of intellectual, communicative and creative abilities is investigated. Their role as a tool for the formation of personal and professional skills is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the process of self—designing games, viewed through the prism of a step-by-step approach - from the idea to the creation of a prototype. It is emphasized that the development of game products contributes to the development of analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and the development of game design as a pedagogical method used in education, project activities and digital technologies.

    The chapter considers the problem of forming a multipolar information space and the need to regulate international information security. It analyzes international legal acts regulating information resources. The main attention is paid to the documents adopted by the UN General Assembly and the Council of Europe, which are aimed at combating the criminal use of information technologies and forming a culture of cybersecurity. It is noted that the international community recognizes the importance of information security, but there is a problem of a common understanding of key issues, which complicates the global regulation of this area. In this regard, it is proposed to develop a new universal document at the global level under the auspices of the UN and to unify international legislation in the field of ensuring information security and to develop new regulatory legal acts that can adequately respond to the challenges of the digital age.

    The article considers the human-centred approach as a modern management model aimed at preventing and resolving conflicts in the system of state and municipal administration. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical essence of human-centredness, its difference from client-centredness and its role in the formation of sustainable interaction between the government and the population. Using the example of the municipality of the city of Krasnodar, specific mechanisms and practises demonstrating the effectiveness of human-oriented solutions in resolving local conflicts have been analysed. Promising directions of development of human-centred management as the basis of trust and social stability in the municipal environment are highlighted.

    The article examines the features and challenges of developing digital educational content (DEC) in the modern educational process. A definition of DEC is provided, and its advantages—such as flexibility, personalization, and accessibility of learning—are highlighted. The article analyzes the main difficulties arising in the creation and implementation of digital content, including technological, methodological, and psychological issues. Special attention is paid to the age-related and pedagogical aspects of applying DEC at different levels of education. The study is based on an analysis of scientific publications and the author’s personal experience. In conclusion, the article offers proposals for improving the quality and effectiveness of digital educational content in Russia.

    In the modern information society, the development of information literacy is becoming one of the key tasks of school education. Information literacy is the ability to effectively find, analyze, evaluate and use information from various sources. The article discusses current approaches to the formation of this competence among students in grades 5-9. The main strategies for the development of information literacy are presented: integration into the educational process, project-based learning, the development of critical thinking and the use of digital tools. Examples of digital resources and online platforms that can be used by teachers in educational practice are given. Special attention is paid to the diagnosis of the level of information literacy formation and the role of the teacher in its development. The results of the study can be useful to teachers, methodologists and developers of educational programs.

    The article examines the problem of speech disorders in younger schoolchildren studying in rural schools in the period from 2010 to 2025. The current state of the prevalence and structure of speech disorders is analyzed, and factors influencing their occurrence and development in rural areas are identified. The results of an empirical study aimed at studying the peculiarities of speech development of younger schoolchildren in rural schools are presented. The prospects of correctional work with children with speech disorders in rural schools, including the use of modern technologies and methods, are substantiated.

    The article describes the possibilities of using the incentive material "Tula Literary Gingerbread" to develop speech comprehension in working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The diagnostic tools of the study are also presented, the stages of correctional and developmental work are considered. The effectiveness of the didactic manual is reflected in the results of the study. The work presented in the article was carried out within the framework of a grant from the Government of the Tula region in the field of science and technology (contract no. DS/156 dated 12/28/2024).

    Abstract:
    The article describes an educational project aimed at increasing student engagement and consolidating educational material through the practical use of secondary resources. The author describes the experience of creating thematic dioramas as a means of visual representation of the studied sections of the program. Special emphasis is placed on the possibility of children with disabilities participating in the project, which made it possible to implement an inclusive approach to learning. The project was implemented as part of optional classes on the Sverdlovsk Children's Railway for five months. The participants used recycled materials such as cardboard boxes, old brushes, wires, book covers, etc. – as well as elements of modern technologies, including 3D printing. The work contributed to the development of creative, engineering and environmental thinking, communication skills and teamwork. The results showed the effectiveness of the method: children were actively involved in the learning process, showed independence and initiative, and also increased the level of understanding of the educational material. The project confirmed the potential of using accessible materials and inclusive practices to form sustainable knowledge and value orientations among students.
