- The work considers the types of thinking and levels of their formation, based on a two-factor classification of educational tasks. Examples of pattern tasks and algorithm tasks are given. It was hypothesized that a transition to the next level of education implies a step in the predominance of the type of thinking (in the proposed typology). The main methods of testing the hypothesis will be the development of systems of tasks-markers to identify the type of thinking and the level of its formation; a comparative analysis of types of thinking formation and the success of training, its effectiveness; classification of educational mathematical problems for the formation of the program of the future engineer.

- This paper analyzes the following principles of Russian education: the principle of state funding of science and education, the principle of state responsibility of scientists for the development of science and education, the principle of responsibility and continuity. The genesis and the ontological concepts of philosophy in soil science are shown, some of the main provisions of the scientific and the philosophical, pedagogical, organizational and exhibition activities of E.D. Nikitin are given, and it is indicated that he created scientific and philosophical theory, revealing the main regularities of the relationship between man and nature, homolaterally (theory of the unity of man and nature), highlighted the versatility of feedback, based on the understanding of which, E.D. Nikitin has identified and classified the variety of geosphere, atmosphere and biogeocenosis features of soils and undertook philosophical and scientific generalization on this issue. Continuity in the work of the department «Natural zoning and soil formation» from the 50s of the XX century to the present time is revealed.

Serious attention should be paid to the problem of the correlation between the «book word» and «visual image», which can be regarded as a ratio of screen arts, first of all cinema, and literature in the system of secondary and higher education. Movie perception is a complex cognitive process. Accordin to the author`s opinion the development of film education in Russia will contribute to the education of a generation of active moviegoers.

- В данной статье рассматриваются особенности развития одаренных детей в условиях реализации Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта начального общего образования, раскрываются понятия «одаренность», «умственная способность» «познавательная потребность», «интеллектуальная деятельность». Авторами дается краткая характеристика уровней познавательной активности, разработаны рекомендации для педагогов по работе с одаренными детьми в рамках деятельности детской организации МБОУ г. Иркутска СОШ №34 «Университет таинственных явлений». Рассматривается особенность построения урочной и внеурочной деятельности, которая должна строиться таким образом, чтобы учащиеся могли проявить свои возможности в самых разных сферах деятельности. Это важно как источник приобретения новых знаний и нового опыта и должно служить основой для трансформации этих знаний в другие сферы деятельности в классах. Раскрываются факторы, влияющие на развитие одарённых учащихся и на выявление скрытой одарённости и способностей, при построении системы внеклассной воспитательной работы в школе.

Features of education quality evaluation of technical universities graduates

- The main tools and conditions for the effective implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the education quality of technical universities (faculties) graduates are defined in this paper. The author reveals the main approaches to the notion of the quality of education and its evaluation, defines the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" of graduates of universities. Analytical expressions are proposed for calculating the coefficient of student`s preparation level based on the semester results and the quality of education during the training period, including the indicator of the quality of training, assessment of practices and final qualification papers, and the scores of the labor potential.

On the state and improvement of the educational system in Russia

- Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

- В статье показаны проблемы подготовки студентов в отечественных вузах как бакалавров и магистров. При этом главная проблема связана с тем, что внедренная в отечественные вузы вместо специалитета иностранная система бакалавриата и магистратуры не оправдывает себя как эффективная система подготовки профессионалов в России. Кроме того, она не воспринимается ни педагогами вузов, ни работодателями, которые не могут понять необходимости такой замены. Да и отечественные профессиональные стандарты, которые «привязываются» к новым Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартам в качестве основы подготовки бакалавров, связаны с требованиями к специалисту. В то же время опыт подготовки студентов в отечественных вузах как бакалавров и магистров уже позволяет сравнить качество подготовки студентов как специалистов и как бакалавров и магистров и определить пути развития отечественного высшего образования на современном этапе.
