    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the relationship between the predominant type of temperament of high school students and the choice of their educational profile and their professional preferences. Using the methods of E. P. Ilyin and Ya. Strelyau, the characteristics of the nervous system and the predominant type of temperament of eleventh-grade students of the Murmansk Polytechnic Lyceum of three different educational profiles are determined. The results of diagnostics and conclusions of the study are described.

    Abstract:
    Increasing the human potential of teaching staff takes one of their leading places in identifying urgent tasks to improve the quality of general education as the main vector of development of state educational policy. The interrelation and interdependence of the processes of increasing the human potential of teachers and the quality of educational results of students are beyond doubt determines the relevance of the presented research. The purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation. The main materials for the study were federal and regional regulatory documents reflecting the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human resources of teaching staff in the Russian Federation, and the main research method in the presented work was the analysis of these documents. In addition, the study was also based on an analysis of the regional practice of implementing the main directions of state policy in the field of education on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. As a result of the study, the main vectors of the state educational policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation were identified.

    The chapter examines the issues of supply-side economics development based on an ecosystem approach and in the context of sectoral development. The reasons for the initiation of the national supply economy model as the best model of economic development in the new economic reality are revealed. The issues of supply theory are touched upon, the essence and experience of applying the supply-side economics model are considered. The differences between the classical model of the supply economy and the emerging model of the national supply economy are determined. The conditions of the contour of the new supply-side economy model corresponding to technological and economic transformations in the country are systematized. Attention is focused on the sectoral construct of the supply-side economics model in industry. Proven and proven mechanisms of digital platforms and ecosystems are proposed.     The chapter discusses current problems of dual education for students of higher educational institutions in modern conditions. The dual education system, combining theoretical training at universities with practical training at enterprises, is one of the most effective ways to train specialists. However, despite the obvious advantages, the implementation of a dual system faces a number of difficulties and challenges. The study analyzed the main problems, such as insufficient interaction between educational institutions and business, limited funding, insufficient motivation of students and teachers, as well as regulatory and organizational obstacles. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the current state of dual training, as well as offering recommendations for improving this system.

    The Higher Pedagogical School is focused on the formation of students' ability and readiness for continuing education, professional and personal self-development and self-education, necessary in an era of intense social, economic, political and technological dynamics of change. The purpose of this article is to identify the current directions of development of the Russian system of higher pedagogical education in new socio-economic and socio-political conditions. The article considers the following areas of development of higher pedagogical schools: the transition to a unique national system of higher education; the creation of new models for evaluating the results of higher pedagogical education; the introduction of the "Core of higher pedagogical education" taking into account an interdisciplinary approach; the creation of a system of interregional pedagogical districts based on pedagogical universities. The article notes that the creation of a new national system of higher education gives Russian pedagogical education a more modern, competitive and qualitative character, thereby contributing to improving the professional training of future teachers and creating conditions for the implementation of trajectories of continuous pedagogical education. The article uses a theoretical method in the form of analysis of sources, as well as synthesis based on them. It is concluded that the key factor in the development of the higher education system and ensuring its high quality should be a harmonious combination of basic knowledge and practical training of students.

    The chapter is devoted to the consideration of relevant issues of forming a strategy for the sustainable development of the regional education quality assessment system. The paper examines the regulatory framework and social challenges associated with this process. The author analyzes the existing approaches to assessing the quality of education in foreign and Russian practice, determines their common features and key problems. The research methodology includes a theoretical review of the regulations governing the field of education quality assessment at the federal and regional levels, as well as the study of the participants' opinions of educational relations based on the results of a sociological survey. The results of the analysis show the need to develop new approaches to assessing the quality of education at the regional level, taking into account the modern requirements of society and the demands of the labour market.     The relevance of the research topic is related to the need to assess the results of the national project "Safe High-Quality Roads" implementation at the regional level, to identify unresolved problems of road development in the regions of the country. The objective of the work is to identify the problems of road development typical of the Samara region, to suggest possible ways to solve them. The study analyzed the state and dynamics of the Samara Region's highway network, road safety, and the practice of using PPP (public-private partnership) mechanisms to finance road construction, which uncovered problems such as the non-application of life-cycle contracts in road construction, a significant length of roads that do not comply with regulations, a funding gap for the highway complex, and low rates of digitalization in road construction, the absence of a long-term strategy for the development of Samara region highways based on a scenario approach. We developed recommendations that will help overcome these problems and simplify the achievement of strategic goals for the socio-economic development of the Samara region.
