    The article is deboted to the psychology of art which as a non-classical psychology focuses its attention on the means that a person develops and uses in his communication with the outside world, and implements it as a means of controlling his own psyche. The symbolic psychology of art studies the development, functioning and evolution of sign-symbolic systems at the level of interaction «man – man – society», since art in a widely accessible form is able to raise the most complex existential problems, as well as concentrate on the inner world of each person. The symbolic psychology of art, thanks to the active development of related sciences, primarily semiotics and art history, currently has great chances for productive development.

    Abstract:
    A strategic study of the socio-economic development of Russia determines significant changes in the vocational education system which is discussed in this chapter. Professional training of workers, employees, specialists is the basis for the reform and modernization of production in accordance with innovative technological equipment. Decisions on how to «tune as much as possible» (V.V. Putin's statement) vocational education to the needs of the economy, to solve the problems of development of individual regions and the country as a whole system of dual education, but also strengthening the country's technological sovereignty, factors of national security and «quality of life of people». In fact, today it is necessary to adjust the model of vocational training in colleges and institutes in line with strengthening its practice-orientation, targeting and mobility. Today, the dual system of professional (German) education has received worldwide recognition, it is the most widespread and recognized form of personnel training, which combines theoretical training (in our country 40%, in Germany 20–25%) in educational institutions and industrial training 75–80% enterprises); 96% of young people who underwent dual training got a job in enterprises, today this is the best indicator in Western Europe.

    Abstract:
    A review of the monograph by Ufa historian L. F. Tagirova "Cantonal chiefs of Bashkiria: the national regional elite of the first half of the nineteenth century", published in Ufa in 2011, is presented. The author raised an urgent topic related to the study of social national leaders, namely cantonal chiefs of Bashkiria, their incorporation into state authorities structures. Conceptually, this study can become a model for the study of national regional elites of various territories or become the basis for comparative studies.

Digital methods of teaching in higher education are integrated into existing traditional training programs, there is a digital update of educational programs and disciplines. To do this, the paper analyzes the ESG criteria by which it is possible to evaluate the company's activities in three areas: environmental, social and corporate governance.     Abstract:
    To build an integral innovation ecosystem that allows organize the building up of innovative potential, effective use and increase the competitiveness of Russia in a dynamically changing market environment it’s necessary to require a systemic transformation of all spheres of human activity. The paper analyzes different variations of conditions that determine the formation of an innovative economy and an increase in the country's rating at the global level. The main factors that have the maximum impact on the innovation activity resulting indicators are investigated. Innovative development forecast models are constructed depending on the changes intensity in factors that are sensitive to variations in global trends. The need for a systemic restructuring of the traditional economic structure is argued. Scientific and practical recommendations are proposed for increasing innovative activity and increasing the digital culture of Russian economic entities taking into account the existing opportunities and potential of world leadership.

    The study substantiates the importance of legal anthropology in preserving the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North. Problems in the legal regulation of preserving the originality of their life activity are considered. The author analyzed the existing regulations, as well as empirical material related to the preservation of the traditional social institutions of these peoples. With the help of synthesis, the emerging problems of the safety of social systems are identified. The historical method made it possible to determine the origins of the surviving customs and traditions of nomadic peoples.
