    В статье рассматривается интерактивный тренинг как вид обучающей деятельности, его преимущества перед традиционными методиками обучения. На примере дисциплины «Культура речи и деловое общение» моделируется погружение студентами первого курса в среду делового общения. Основной обучающий эффект, на взгляд автора, заключается не столько в оценке участия в интерактивных тренингах обучающихся, сколько в многократном самостоятельном повторении этих процедур.

Как отмечают авторы, данный проект необходим для того, чтобы студенты путем практических занятий выработали в себе психофизиологическую стрессоустойчивость, которую они смогут применить во время демонстрационных экзаменов и чемпионатов.

The importance of the development of stress tolerance and optimization of the psycho-emotional state of teachers is proved in the work; the results of the study of the influence of psychological training on the development of stress tolerance and optimization of the psycho-emotional state of teachers are analyzed.

    Abstract:
    Theoretical foundations and principles of project training for students in the specialty «Journalism», as a way to motivate a journalist for the profession is studied by the authors. The concept of project training for journalists is based on the idea that training should be motivating, especially when it comes to specialized discipline. The result of such training should be considered the skills and abilities generated by students to use the new things that they received in the course of their studies. The authors summarizing their own experience and the practice of colleagues, determine the main characteristics of this method and the principles, following which allows to obtain the desired results. The definition of «project training» is given as an organization of the educational process, when the study of a course or the entire cycle of courses in a specialty is aimed at the final result obtained in the process of setting the task and its implementation. Mechanisms to achieve this goal are training, workshops, role-playing games such as focus groups. The principles of activity, research (creative) position, objectivity (awareness) of behavior and partner (subject – subject) communication are considered in detail.

    Abstract:
    В данной работе отмечено, что за последние десятилетия объем информации увеличился многократно. Наше умение работать с ней, переводить в практическую плоскость осталось на прежнем уровне. Интенсивное развитие информационных технологий в совокупности с развитием научного прогресса приводят к необходимости совершенствования механизма обучения. Адаптивные технологии развития интеллектуальных способностей человека учитывают естественные интересы людей разных возрастных групп, позволяют оптимизировать интеллектуальные процессы, перекодировка информации обучает человека думать. Чем лучше мозг кодирует информацию, тем лучше запоминает. Основные характеристики адаптивных технологий развития интеллектуальных способностей человека через единственный путь – скорочтение – рассматриваются в разрезе практических и прикладных рекомендаций, которые позволяют ученику овладеть различными видами чтения. Заявленная технология не дает знания, а в ходе выполнения простых оригинальных упражнений, жесткого ограничения по времени, применений алгоритмов обучает мозг классифицировать, систематизировать, группировать, объединять, сравнивать, комбинировать информацию. Итог: скорость мысли, реакций, действий; качество мыслительных процессов.

    В статье рассматривается проблема индивидуального подхода в составлении и реализации тренинга сепарации. Важность индивидуального подхода определяется тем, что в каждом конкретном случае юноша или девушка сталкиваются с определенными трудностями сепарации. На основе авторской анкеты по определению ведущего типа сепарации представлен опыт применения индивидуального подхода в тренинге, дается анализ составления индивидуального стиля сепарации, что является важным в определении средств и методов коррекции. Описываются особенности реализации тренинговой работы в зависимости от ведущего типа сепарации, определяются цели и задачи тренинга для каждого типа сепарации.
