    . The author appeals to the actual topic today, which is restoration of the historic memory and the culture of national dignity in the mass conscience of citizens of Russian Federation as well as the memory on the Historic Russia in the scale of the USSR (neither the greater Russia should not be called ‘former’). That means the appeal to the to the problem of education of the truly patriotic consciousness and mentality on the genetics level of pride for our Fatherland and curator’s activities for its prosperity in order to overcome the imprinted antinational mythology in minds of several Russian generations, the social rent men thinking they belong to the consumerist society. Following the qualified analysis of modern geo-political background, condensed around Russian Federation and Historic Russia, the author uses methodology within the framework of the concept of geopolitical prognosis (factographic, situation analysis, experts’ estimation).

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the specifics of integrated Russian language teaching. The possibilities of its integration with other school subjects are characterized. Based on the analysis of textbooks and questionnaires of teachers of literature, it is determined to what extent the technology of integrated teaching of the Russian language is implemented in the classroom. The system of integrated tasks in the Russian language is presented. It is proved that in the process of integrated teaching of the Russian language, students' knowledge becomes systemic, skills become generalized, complex. The quality of learning of the material both in the Russian language and in those school subjects with which its integration is carried out increases.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter of the monograph justifies the need to use a regionally oriented e-course as a means of additional education in teaching the Russian language in a multi-ethnic environment. Based on the results of the survey of teachers working in polynational classes, the problems of teaching the Russian language of Inophone children in schools in the Murmansk region were identified. A brief overview of Internet resources allowing to improve knowledge and skills in the Russian language is presented. The structure and content of the author's regionally oriented e-course are described, which includes materials that can demonstrate the specifics of the Kola North, its linguistic and cultural characteristics. It is argued that such a course will not only allow developing the linguistic and linguoculturalist competence of Inophone children, but will also contribute to a more successful socio-language adaptation of students.

  • Knowledge Representation in Multilingual Education Resources

    Abstract:
    Introduction. Ontologies are now recognised as the advanced standard of knowledge representation for e-learning and some industries. In particular, the development of multilingual ontological education resources is characterised as a promising area of research in the context of industry universities’ digital transformation. The article deals with the development of an academic course multilingual ontology in a Controlled Natural Language. Relevance. Although there are many ontology editors, national developers of education resources should be familiar with formal logic and have a good command of English. Therefore, it is difficult to discuss widespread use of ontology-based education solutions in Russian universities. Materials and Methods. The article offers a version of Controlled Russian Language for academic knowledge representation. A methodology to be used for compiling academic course ontologies is developed. As an example, a piece of ontology for the Introductory Course on Railways is considered. Results and Discussion. To support this way of knowledge representation, a prototype of ontology editor Onto.plus was developed to support the version of Controlled Russian Language. To implement the multilanguage function, equivalent versions for the Controlled Russian Language ontology were developed in English and Chinese. Conclusions. The solutions are a contribution to the implementation of an open project to develop an ontology resource integrating universities and industry.

  • On the Question of the Cheboksary Shibboleth

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the study of the shibboleth in the speech culture of the inhabitants of the capital of Chuvashia. A shibboleth is a word that has absorbed the specific features of a language and is used to identify people for whom this language is not native. The relevance of the study is due to the very existence of the phenomenon of shibboleth in the everyday life of the residents of Cheboksary, which has not yet been studied from the point of view of linguocheboksary. The purpose of the study is to formulate a language unit that maximally concentrates the specific features of the Russian speech of the inhabitants of the city of Cheboksary. The material of the study was the speech samples of Cheboksary residents, during the quantitative and qualitative analysis of which a shibboleth was derived in the form of an interrogative phrase “Skazhite, pozhaluysta, nasha konferencia budet zavtra?” (Tell me, please, will our conference be tomorrow?). At the same time, checking with a shibboleth involves the task of transforming the specified phrase into the Cheboksary regiolect of the Russian language. Completing the task according to the linguistic preferences prevailing in Cheboksary should lead to the invariant “Skazhite-ka, u nas konferencia zavtra budet, chto li?”. The author of the work simultaneously considers Russian shibboleths aimed at the Chuvash linguistic culture, and vice versa. In the Chuvash environment, words with a concentration of a kind of Chuvash phonetics can act as a shibboleth aimed at Russians. In turn, the reproduction of the Russian shibboleth in the Chuvash environment, due to the developed Chuvash-Russian bilingualism, practically does not present any problem in modern realities.

    The chapter examines the category of verbs with reflexive meaning, draws analogies with similar verbs in some foreign languages, raises the problem of using an intermediary language when presenting grammatical material to foreign students, provides a comparative characteristic of verbal units with reflexive meaning in English and Russian, justifies the expediency of teaching foreign English-speaking students reflexive verbs of the Russian language on the basis of comparative analysis. As a result of the study, the authors conclude that the systematic analysis of didactic materials, submitted on the basis of comparison and comparison of reflexive verbal units with their correspondences or analogues in other languages, helps to create the necessary algorithms for task complexes aimed at teaching foreigners grammar of Russian as a foreign language not only in the classroom under the guidance of a teacher, but also with online learning on various educational platforms, both in remote mode and in the mode of independent work.

  • About the Results and Conclusions of Checking the Level of Formation of Textual Competencies of Younger Schoolchildren in Their Native (Chuvash) Language

    The purpose of the article is to substantiate approaches to the development and description of tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in the Chuvash language, to present the results of checking the level of formation of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in their native Chuvash language. The main research methods: analysis of the methodology of formation and monitoring of general communication skills of younger schoolchildren, the results of All-Russian testing works of students in the 4th grade of the Chuvash Republic in Russian in order to identify difficulties, diagnostics of the level of formation of textual competencies in the native language of students in grades 1-4 of Chuvash schools. The importance of primary education and the importance of language learning, including the formation of textual competencies in younger schoolchildren, is pointed out. The main problems of providing the Chuvash primary school with didactic materials for the development of native speech, as well as tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies are highlighted. An assumption about the expediency of creating and tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies within the framework of the development of a set of didactic materials on the Chuvash language for grades 1-4 is put forward. Research results and conclusions. The necessity of developing verification works designed to ensure the unity of the educational space of the Chuvash Republic for teaching the Chuvash language, including by providing educational institutions with uniform verification materials and uniform criteria for evaluating educational achievements, is substantiated. The purpose and objectives, the methodology of developing diagnostic materials for determining the level of formation of textual competencies are clarified. The materials and results of diagnostics of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in the Chuvash language are described. The ideas and provisions implemented in the materials for determining the level of formation of textual competencies in the Chuvash language were successfully tested in grades 1-4 in a number of Chuvash schools, and also approved by teachers.

    In this paper the author has analyzed certain provisions of the main legal acts regulating monetary legal policy and its subjects. The following norms were subjected to legal analysis: the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Constitutional Law «On the Government of the Russian Federation», the Federal Law «On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)", etc. The legal status of the Bank of Russia as the main subject of Russia's monetary policy was also considered. According to the results of the study, it turned out that the legal regulation of the monetary policy of the Russian Federation contains gaps and collisions that require a thorough revision of legislation in order to eliminate them.

  • The Opposition of the Definite/Indefinite Past Tensein the Kyrgyz Language: the Semantic Effects of the Translation of Chingiz Aitmatov Story “The White Ship”

    The article considers the category of time as a phenomenon of language and literary text based on the story of Chingiz Aitmatov "The White Ship". The interest to the category of time is caused by the asymmetry of the semantics of time in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages in the works of Aitmatov, which plays an important role in the translation of the text from Russian into Kyrgyz. The purpose of the study is to analyze the functions of the past tense, especially the past definite/indefinite in the Kyrgyz version of the story. The analysis is based on the onomasiological approach. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. In the Russian and Kyrgyz languages, when expressing the grammatical category of time, there is a structural and semantic discrepancy between the forms of past and future tense. But in both versions of the story the past tense lies at the central place. On the one hand, this is due to the non–subjection of the future to human nature, on the other hand, to respect for the past of ancestors as an experience that warns the next generation against mistakes. In the Kyrgyz version of the story, thanks to the various forms of the past tense, the translator was able to vividly convey the whole range of emotions of the boy when it came to the Mother Deer, and the translator was also able to show the importance of the ancestors for the boy.

    Russian Russians in Ukraine are, by historical law, an indigenous people, since Russian and Ukrainian have a common ethno-cultural origin. Bearing in mind the common history until the beginning of the XX century, a significant population of the current Ukrainian lands associated themselves with Russians. At the end of the XX century, Russians and Ukrainians gained their national statehood. But the fraternal peoples have in common memories of the indigenous ethnic unity of Ancient Russia, of the epic three heroes who defended Holy Russia, of the canonical saints of the Russian Orthodox Church. However, today we are all witnessing attempts by the Ukrainian political elite to rewrite the pages of our common history.

    The purpose of the work is to describe the method of the linguoculturological field (LCF), the features of its application in RFL classes and to demonstrate its capabilities in the aspect of professionalization. The theoretical substantiation of the method is given, the principles of LCF formation in the didactic aspect are formulated and models of three linguistic and cultural fields are presented. The following research methods were used in the work: the method of controlled selection, conceptual analysis, synthesis, field modeling. The authors noted the need for the formation of non-philological specialties among foreign students along with the professional competence of linguistic and cultural competence. This approach can greatly facilitate the process of entry of foreign students into the field of professional language, and also gives them the opportunity to get acquainted with Russian culture at the same time. The latter, in turn, will contribute to the formation of communicative competence, which is necessary for successful study in Russia. It is possible to achieve the simultaneous development of these three competencies by applying the LCF method. As a result, a key concept corresponding to their professionalization develops in the minds of students. For medical students it is a "Russian doctor", for military school students it is a "Russian warrior", for music students it is a "Russian musician". The article traces the connection of linguoculturology, linguistics and professional language. The concept of the linguoculturological field, its structure and units (linguoculturemes) is given. These units are, among other things, vocabulary located at the junction of the mentioned disciplines. Three linguistic and cultural fields have been formed, each of which contains 5 lists of linguistic units: 1) frequently used words; 2) sample contexts; 3) prominent figures in the field; 4) fiction and non-fiction texts; 5) quotes and sayings. These units generally cover the center, periphery and cultural component of each simulated field. It is proposed to organize RCT training, moving from the center to the periphery of the field according to educational centers united by the corresponding cultural theme. Brief recommendations on the implementation of the training center in the thematic plan are also given.

The purpose of the research is to study the document in the context of historical events and introduce them into scientific use. The work is based on the author's field materials. The document is analyzed from a historical perspective. At the same time, in this work, the author turns to ethnographic and literary approaches. V.D. Efremov (1890–1978) – cavalryman of the 5th squadron of the 14th Dragoon Little Russian regiment. His diary entries were made in Russian in 1915 on the territory of Belarus. The value of this document lies in the fact that it represents the records made during the hostilities themselves. There is not so much evidence of this kind in Russian historiography. The records allow us to trace the movement of a soldier for more than six months and his perception of military events. Interesting in the diary is a poetic text in the Chuvash language, the author of which is K.D. Efremov, brother of a soldier. The song is filled with philosophical content and was written in the folklore traditions of the Chuvash people.
