  • Some Aspects of Pedagogical Education Establishment in Russia in the First Half of the XIX Century

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to review some aspects of pedagogical education establishment in Russia in the first half of the 19th century. The author outlines that the period of the reign of Emperor Alexander I was characterized by a large-scale educational reform, the purpose of which was to create a single multi-level education system. Its implementation required a large number of teachers. It is emphasized that the solution of the problem of training teachers for gymnasiums was entrusted to the universities. Gymnasium, in turn, had to prepare teachers for primary schools. During the study the following methods and materials were used: analysis of documentary sources, assessments on the development of Russian education, published in the second half of the 19th – early 20th centuries. It is concluded that state structures attached great importance to the system of pedagogical education. Measures on training teachers for secondary and primary schools were taken. It is pointed out that the most important place has begun to be occupied by activities related to the training of teachers for the primary public education system. The existing system of pedagogical education was developed during the reign of Nicholas I. Its most important component was the Main Pedagogical Institute established in Saint Petersburg.

  • Regional Educational Space and the Regional Education System: the Relationship of Concepts

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the study of regional characteristics of education. The purpose of the research is to clarify the categories of “regional educational space” and “regional system of education”, as well as to determine their relationship. The main research method is the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem. The author proposes to consider pedagogical regionalology as a scientific and theoretical basis for a comprehensive study of the education of the regions. Pedagogical regionology is presented as a direction integrating pedagogical, socio-philosophical and socio-psychological, geographical, historical, socio-economic aspects of studying the system of education. The definitions of the concepts “regional educational space” and “regional education system” are clarified, their interconnections and correlations are revealed. Тhe author concludes that these concepts are close and related, but not identical. The regional educational space is widely considered as the totality of all natural, socio-economic characteristics of the territory in their relationship with education. The regional system of education is presented as a component of the educational space of the region, which has a regulatory status and institutional organization. The structure of the regional system of education is presented from the standpoint of a functional approach. It is concluded that the socio-economic characteristics of the region affect the regional system of education, and education system, in turn, changes the territorial organization of public life.

  • The Ability to Understand and Create Descriptive Texts and Essays as an Indispensable Condition for Organizing the Environment for Language Development

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the text as a multifaceted concept that a pupil is faced with both when perceiving the educational content and producing his / her own oral and written answers. The emphasis in the article is made on the two most frequent types of speech used in various school subjects, that is description and reasoning. The purpose of the work is to systemize the philological knowledge about the text, its kinds and methods of its creation, since it is necessary to know for organizing the environment for language development. During the study the following methods were used: comparative method, generalization, comparison, systemization, theoretical analysis of research and methodological literature on text theory, stylistics, genre studies and methods of teaching Russian. As a conclusion specific features for describing an object and a portrait of a person are presented; the main types of classification are introduced and principles of their building-up are formulated. A special attention in regard to the essays is paid to the laws of logic. Various examples from school text books are given. It is concluded that taking into account all the achievements accumulated in the theory of text, stylistics, genre studies, as well as methods of teaching Russian for creating an environment for language development, will allow teachers to improve the perception of tasks by students and will contribute to the formation of skills for creating written and oral answers.

  • Information and Communication Technologies in Modern Education: Basic Concepts

    Abstract:
    The authors outline that the main trend in modern education, both in Russia and in the world as a whole, is the digitalization and informatization of the educational process. This leads to disagreements in understanding the potential of this phenomenon, as the main factor, affecting the comprehensive and systematic development and self-development of a modern student’s personality. In turn, this is due to the diverse interpretations of the terms, included in this area of the knowledge, by other sciences without taking into account the specifics of the educational process, which prompted the authors to undertake the study. The purpose of the article is to review the basic concepts, related to the informatization of modern education in Russia, as well as to describe the trends in the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process, their role in the formation of the information and educational environment of an educational institution. Methods. The main research method is the analysis of literary sources and regulations, related to the field of information technologies application in education, on the basis of which the authors consider and generalize different concepts. Results. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are drawn about the importance of information and communication technologies and the information and educational environment as the main factors in the modernization of the educational process. However, the importance of combining the traditional teaching methods with methods, based on the use of innovative technologies without a fundamental change in the educational paradigm was emphasized.

  • The Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Teaching Economics to Students in Basic School

    Abstract:
    The author of the article outlines that the problem of teaching methods is one of the most important in pedagogical science and practice of school teaching, since teaching methods are the main tools with which a tutor teaches the basics of science to students, develops their cognitive abilities, ensures personal development and forms a scientific worldview. The article formulates the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process. The pedagogical experiment of using ICT in teaching economics to primary school children is described. The purpose of the research is to form economic knowledge in primary school children using information and communication technologies. Method of research. The following methods were used in the study: comparison, analysis, observation and experiment. The experiment was conducted among 24 schoolchildren who were divided into a control and experimental group. A variety of ICTs were used: an interactive whiteboard, reference and multimedia Internet resources, social networks, various messengers, presentations made in the Microsoft Power Point program, as well as using the Prezi service. Research result. In the control group, the average level of economic knowledge increased by more than 40%. The number of schoolchildren with an average and high level of economic knowledge in the experimental group increased by 3 and 2.5 times. Conclusions are made about the possibility of using ICT in teaching economics to school children.

    The article considers the relevance and relevance of designing digital education in schools, taking into account the positive trends and risks of the impact of the current social situation on the education and development of students. The main priorities and directions in the activity of the teaching staff when updating the educational environment of the school in the era of digital technologies are revealed. The results of experimental work in solving the tasks of the Federal project "Grandchildren of Tsiolkovsky", within the framework of the national program "Digital economy", are presented and characterized.

    Abstract:
    В начале 90-х гг. XX в. резко сократилось количество учреждений для детей раннего возраста из-за низкого уровня рождаемости, а также в результате государственной политики, ориентированной на семейное воспитание ребенка до достижения им трехлетнего возраста. Следствием этих процессов явилось снижение родительской и педагогической компетентности в области работы с такими детьми. Анализ современных законодательных документов выявил стратегические приоритеты современной образовательной политики РФ, свидетельствующие о необходимости психолого-педагогической, методической и консультативной помощи родителям, имеющих детей раннего возраста, в том числе с ОВЗ. Представленное в статье обобщение опыта работы дошкольной организации по реализации проекта «Лекотека» позволило определить основные цели и задачи оказания помощи родителям, воспитывающим детей в семье. Решение этих задач возможно на базе дошкольных учреждений в условиях организации работы консультационных пунктов с использованием современных информационных ресурсов.

    Abstract:
    Вопрос организации развивающей предметно-пространственной среды дошкольного образования на сегодняшний день стоит особо актуально. Это связано с введением ряда нормативных документов федерального уровня [1; 2] и значением среды для развития ребёнка дошкольного возраста. Изучение работ ученых-исследователей в области дошкольного образования позволило выявить основные тенденции к подходам ее создания, наполнения и коррекции в соответствии с индивидуальными особенностями воспитанников [4; 5; 6; 7]. Развивающий эффект достигается посредством использования педагогически обоснованных методов и приемов «включения» детей в создаваемую развивающую предметно-пространственную среду [8; 9]. При проектировании пространства для детей с ОВЗ необходимо учитывать особенности их развития и придерживаться рекомендаций педагогов по его созданию. В статье отражены результаты педагогической практики по проектированию среды для детей дошкольного возраста, в том числе с ОВЗ.

    Abstract:
    Дистанционное образование в условиях цифровых технологий получило широкие возможности и решает ряд важных задач. В то же время фиксируются трудности в реализации его социально-педагогических функций. Представлено понимание социально-педагогической функции образования, рассмотрены её ключевые проявления (обеспечение социальной коммуникации, социального сопряжения, передачи социального опыта, опережающего развития, социального и профессионального признания, оперативный мониторинг личностного развития и др.). Раскрыты психолого-педагогические параметры дистанционного образования, порождающие риски и трудности в реализации социально-педагогических функций. Показано, что дистанционное образование предусматривает понимание этих рисков и трудностей и целенаправленную работу по их преодолению на основе личностного подхода.

    Abstract:
    В статье проанализированы вопросы нормативного обеспечения применения информационных технологий в рамках электронного обучения в системе образования. Современная цифровая образовательная среда постоянно совершенствуется, внедряются новые информационные ресурсы и инструменты, в связи с чем актуальность заявленной темы не вызывает сомнений. Изучение проблемы доказало эффективность применения электронного обучения в системе образования (на примере преподавания учебного курса «Технология»), несмотря на определенные сложности; учтен положительный опыт зарубежных стран. В заключение отмечено, что требуются дополнительные исследования в рассматриваемой IT-сфере общественных отношений.

Изучение данной проблемы показало, что разумное сочетание активных и интерактивных методов в образовательном процессе, на примере преподавания учебного курса «Технология», в условиях цифровой образовательной среды способно повысить его эффективность и быстрее достичь намеченных целей образования. Необходима дальнейшая активизация исследований по данной тематике.

The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.

    The relevance of the development of the concept of orphaned children’s civic education is justified in the article. The concept is based on the provision on the possibility of forming the subject citizenship of orphaned children in the museum environment. The main content of the concept is disclosed: the description of methodological approaches on which the concept is based is presented. A number of patterns of the process of orphaned children’s civic education have been identified, principles of civic education have been defined and revealed, conditions and rules for their implementation have been described.
