    Abstract:
    The teacher is a significant figure in the formation and development of the student's personality. In this regard, the task of preparing a primary school teacher of a new type is relevant. This article discusses such a topic of educational development in the Russian Federation as conditions for increasing the professional competence of an elementary school teacher. The urgency of the problem is caused by the strengthening of the requirements in all spheres of labor activity for professional training in the conditions of a market economy. The author dwells on the analysis of those qualities that are necessary for a modern primary school teacher to meet the needs of society in bringing up an adaptive, highly intelligent and free individual with basic competences and capable of subsequent adequate self-determination in the professional sphere. The teacher’s figure in the work is viewed as a tutor and facilitator.

    The article is devoted to the description of the educational-axiological picture of the world as a set of values, norms and attitudes, studied as a mental image of the world, recognized by a certain socio-cultural group. The purpose of the work is to identify the values of this picture of the world. The methods used are descriptive and method of a psycholinguistic experiment. The results of the study consist of studying this picture of the world as part of the linguistic picture of the world, identifying its value basis, types of values, and also in studying its relationship as a psychological context with a socio-cultural environment, with an educational environment.

    Abstract:
    The given article says about the process of IT development of education. Nowadays the said process becomes the most important factor of the extension of the practice of the implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process. The authors of the article gave the detailed definition of the pedagogic test. The article contains requirements for pedagogic tests and its main characteristics, expressed by such indices as reliability, validity and efficiency, as well as discloses its essence and provides formulas for its calculation. The opinion was made that in terms of the application of module educational technologies the testing becomes one of effective forms of the control of students’ knowledge level.

    In this article the author speaks about the ways of modernization of current educational system. The desire of society to develop the system of additional education of children due to new requirements for the level of education of a person, which is determined not so much by the formation of special knowledge of the individual, as its versatile development. In this regard, measures are increasing to change the situation in additional education of children, the decision of which is entrusted to the system of pedagogical education. However, the difficulties in their implementation are due to the contradiction between the needs of society in the teaching staff, able to creatively solve professional problems in the field of additional education of children, and the unwillingness of graduates of pedagogical universities to work in the specific conditions of this sphere. Step-by-step development and formation of professionally significant qualities of the personality corresponding to the specific purposes and tasks of activity in system of additional education of children is the solution of this contradiction.

    Как отмечают авторы, образование в целом является одной из сфер, обеспечивающих реализацию приоритетных направлений общественно-политического и социально-экономического развития разных стран. Эта сфера своеобразна, ее регуляторами являются не только внутренние и внешние факторы, но и человеческий потенциал, социальные механизмы. Именно эти факторы влияют на актуальность роста престижности образования. Под имиджем следует понимать устойчивый и эмоционально окрашенный образ, который обладает целенаправленными характеристиками и призван оказывать влияние определенной направленности на сознание представителей разных социальных групп. Не стоит забывать, что престижность образования оказывает влияние и на престижность страны целиком. Позитивный имидж необходим для повышения конкурентоспособности образовательных структур, привлечении иностранных инвестиций, роста числа иностранных студентов, а также увеличения программ международного обмена. Именно поэтому образование следует рассматривать как многофакторный феномен.
