В парках, скверах, аллеях города и его окрестностях исследовано 19 площадок конского каштана (Aesculus hippocastanum L.). В течение сезона отмечен рост плотности заселения минера на большинстве исследуемых площадок.

  • Participation of Russia in the Proliferation Security Initiative

    Abstract:
    As a result of the security threat posed by the proliferation of nuclear and missile technologies, the Proliferation Security Initiative was developed. However, the effectiveness of the Initiative has been called into question due to the failure to reach agreement with a number of states. This article reveals the particularities of Russia's membership in this initiative. The methodology of international legal research and analysis of data is applied in this paper. In the paper the conclusion is made that PSI as an organizational and legal form of international cooperation in the sphere of WMD nonproliferation is currently in the process of development. Its effectiveness depends directly on compliance with international law. Since the PSI has not gained global coverage to combat terrorism and WMD proliferation, with the loss of participants as Russia and China, the fight against WMD terrorism should be conducted exclusively with the direct involvement of the UNSC.

    The systemic world crisis testify to the complete invalidity of neoclassical economic theory and the neoliberal model of the national economy. In this regard, the development of a new economic theory that combines a political economy approach to the national economy with a national economic research methodology becomes of special relevance. The chapter highlights relevant issues of the development of world and domestic economic science, substantiates the importance of social sciences and humanitarian knowledge as the basis for the development of modern economics. It is important to observe the principle of historicism - orientation on civilisation conditions and national needs, adaptation of Russia to new geopolitical realities. The scientific content makes it possible to talk about the progressiveness of the ideas of nationally-oriented economic reform, consistent modernisation of the economic sphere of the Russian society.

    Sanctions imposed on Russia by international communities such as the European Union and the United States have serious consequences for the domestic economy. They affect international trade, financial flows and technological development. The development of a methodology for adapting to the conditions of the sanctions war becomes critical for ensuring the sustainability of the Russian economy, respectively. The chapter considers the methodology of logical analysis of socio-economic processes as a means of adapting the Russian Federation to the conditions of the sanctions war. The author considers the main problems faced by the Russian economy under sanctions and offers a methodology of logical analysis, which will help develop adaptation strategies.

    Abstract:
    This chapter considers relevant issues of risk calculations in the field of technosphere security. An enterprise which deals with the incineration of medical waste was taken as a basis, where for several years of its existence the problem of the disease of the operators of the incinerator installation with rosacea was identified. Hazard groupings by their types were performed, their parameters were determined, their risk levels were determined and a quantitative assessment of occupational risks was carried out according to the risk assessment matrix. As a result, according to the school of the integral indicator, the value of the individual occupational risk of the incinerator plant operators was established, which turned out to be high.

    Abstract:
    The objective of the chapter is to elaborate suggestions for improving the mechanisms of building harmonious interfaith relations in the Arkhangelsk region. On the basis of statistical data and normative legal acts the current state of intergroup interaction is analysed and the regional policy guidelines for religious associations are identified. The authors confirm the predominantly peaceful nature of interactions in the multi-religious community. The need for more intensive actions on the part of both the authorities and the clergy to achieve the common objective of developing allied relations between confessions is emphasised. The experience of the implementation of measures for state regulation of interfaith relations in the Federal Republic of Germany is described. The suggestions for the executive authorities of the Arkhangelsk region are formulated.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents the results of experimental work on the implementation of the design process for assessing the quality of the educational potential of interaction with the families of schoolchildren. Based on scientific approaches, the content and structural components of the concept of ‘educational potential of the family’ are explained, a set of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of educational capabilities of parents is singled out, a set of diagnostic materials is compiled, including the assessment of all levels and components of educational potential. The educational program was the central tool for the effective development of the educational potential of students’ families in the process of interaction with the school at the formative stage of the experimental part of the study.

    The article is dedicated to Alexander Vladimirovich Volkov (1992–2023), a scientist-archaeologist, a member of the search team «St. George's Ribbon», who worked as the head of the sector of archaeology and ancient history of the Chuvash National Museum. He was known for his multifaceted activities in different fields. The purpose of our article is to restore the facts of his biography and to characterize the main directions of his activities on the basis of documentary, scientific works and oral history sources collected by us. A young scientist, archaeologist, he consciously came to the search movement and consciously volunteered for a special military operation to defend the Motherland, where he died heroically. Alexander put a lot of effort to preserve the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, now it is our duty to keep his memory alive.

The authors aim to promote the formation of feelings of citizenship and patriotism, respect for the history and culture of their country. The upbringing of the younger generation should be carried out precisely on the example of such heroes as our fellow countryman. His story had a strong impact on the public consciousness of the villagers, especially on the consciousness of young people.

    The article is dedicated to certain events in the military history of the Ulyanovsk region, showing the contribution of the region's residents to the victory over Nazi Germany. It presents an example of heroism and patriotism of Ulyanovsk residents – our fellow countrymen. The authors outline the important role of the Volga region, specifically the Ulyanovsk region in achieving victory due to its specific historical situation, geographical and strategic location. Ulyanovsk is the city where many enterprises evacuated from other cities of the country were situated: Moscow, Vitebsk, etc. The article describes the labour heroism that created the conditions for turning our region into a powerful military centre. The work allows to expand and consolidate knowledge about the history of the Ulyanovsk region in the young generation, to form a sense of civic consciousness.

    The article examines the problem of the use of propaganda by the German authorities as an auxiliary means of economic exploitation of the occupied territory of Soviet Belarus in 1941–1944. The authors compare and analyze the content of the policy and propaganda in the field of the «new agrarian law» in the territory of the General District of Belarus. The researchers conclude that the use of propaganda as an auxiliary means of implementing the operational plans of the German occupiers turned out to be ineffective.
