    Статья посвящена проблеме обучения решению олимпиадных задач по математике учащихся начальных классов. Настоящая увлеченность математикой у обучающихся начинается с маленькой проблемы – решения задачи с нестандартной и красочной формулировкой. Таким источником служат математические олимпиады. С целью повышения качества обучения нами разработан электронный обучающий ресурс (ЭОР). Данный ресурс могут использовать студенты и учителя начальных классов по программам и учебникам математики разных авторов, а именно Э.И. Александровой, М.А Бантовой, В.В. Давыдова, И.Б. Нефедовой, М.И. Моро, Л.Г. Петерсон, В.Н. Рудницкой и др. Авторами также разработан тематический спецкурс для студентов по проведению предметных олимпиад.

    The article examines current problematic situation that has developed in Russian higher education, when the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education (FSES HE) according to the bachelor-magistracy system does not provide the required quality of training students as professionals demanded by Russian employers. As a result, the government is losing a huge potential for the development of its economy in the form of graduates of Russian universities who are not employed in their specialty. Today we need a scientific approach to solving existing problems in Russian higher education from the standpoint of the interests of the government and the Russian economy.

    Abstract:
    Land administration seeks to obtain optimal social, economic and environmental benefits while promoting the principles of sustainable development. An important element of this process is the understanding of the macroeconomic situation for making adequate management decisions at various levels: local, re-gional, national and global. This information is provided by land administration systems ((LAS), the core of which is a multipurpose cadastral system integrated with other spatial information systems and public registries. In this article, the au-thors present the structure of land administration built in modern Europe and also show the specifics of the design of systems in relation to socio-economic conditions. The publication presents a vision of the role of the cadastre in the global system of accounting and land administration, with cadastral accounting considered as the main infrastructure for ensuring the economic, social and environmental benefits of all users, including individuals, business and the state.

Показана методика использования дидактических игр на разных этапах урока. В качестве основных средств формирования математических понятий предложены следующие игры: «Знаю», «Правда или ложь», «Три свойства – одно понятие». Отмеченные исследователем результаты говорят о целесообразности использования разработанных дидактических игр для формирования математических понятий на уроках геометрии в 7 классе.

    Abstract:
    School, being the upmost institute of children's socialisation, must create proper conditions for their development, providing safe education environment, assisting and supporting children in such way that it ensures psychological and pedagogical support of the students. Nowadays, modern school appears as the high-risk object due to the high level of challenges and threats which may be both subjective and objective. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of children is one of the conditions of creation of psychologically safe environment of school. The article examines some of the actual problems connected with the effective creation and functioning of the system of psychological and pedagogical support. Such problems include the need for correction of professional expertise of the school psychologist and the teacher. During the phase of academic studies their vocational training should include not only the competence aimed at the realisation of support but the students themselves should become the part of this system.

    В монографии описаны результаты анализа метапредметного подхода в обучении как условия развития познавательных универсальных учебных действий на уроках математики в 10–11 классах. Основное внимание автора обращено на содержание межпредметных связей математики и физики как основы формирования единой картины мира учащихся. В качестве рекомендаций автором приведена технология использования на уроках учебных карт действий в процессе решения типовых заданий физического содержания. В рамках системно-деятельностного подхода разработана методика изучения учебного мо-дуля по теме «Тригонометрические тождества и функции», развиваемого на основе реальных задач из курса физики, включающего методику работы учителя с учащимися на уроках. Выводы исследования свидетельствуют о необходимости совершенствования системы образования и информационно-аналитического обеспечения в процессе реализации федеральных образовательных стандартов в части необходимости формирования метапредметных компетенций.
