    Abstract:
    The use of the «action learning» provisions formulated in the work will improve the results of the modern educational process and determine the vector of «action learning» methodology formation taking into account the needs of employers and typical labor market requirements that are relevant in a particular period of time. The author used the methods of analysis, synthesis, graphical interpretation of data in the formulation and proof of the presented provisions of the scientific and educational «action learning» concept. The main idea of the scientific and educational «action learning» concept development is to maintain the self-consistency and internal consistency of all the elements that determine the course of the modern educational process.

    Abstract:
    The article shows the problems of improving the quality of Russian education related to the understanding of the essence of competencies. In spite of the constant «updates» of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education (FES of HE), there is no obvious qualitative change in the solution of this problem. And first of all, it refers to what is not clear: what and how students should be taught, although the standards define that students should have the necessary competencies to perform a professional activity. However, despite numerous discussions, a clear understanding of the scientific essence of the concept of «competence», as a rule, is not given anywhere. And this today, in our opinion, is the main problem and obstacle in the qualitative improvement of the educational process in domestic universities.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the process of adaptation of students in the framework of multicultural educational environment. Objective: to consider the types of conflicts that arise in the intercultural interaction of foreign students and representatives of the indigenous ethnic group, as well as the diasporas of the country, to explore ways of acculturation to the host society. During the study, the method of questioning and discourse analysis were applied. As a result of the work, the intercultural situations of the realization of the ethnic prejudice of the communicants were studied, the difficulties were described, and the ways to overcome them were indicated. Conclusions are drawn on the need to study the process of acculturation of educational migrants both within the framework of an educational institution and to the receiving society.

    Abstract:
    Theoretical foundations and principles of project training for students in the specialty «Journalism», as a way to motivate a journalist for the profession is studied by the authors. The concept of project training for journalists is based on the idea that training should be motivating, especially when it comes to specialized discipline. The result of such training should be considered the skills and abilities generated by students to use the new things that they received in the course of their studies. The authors summarizing their own experience and the practice of colleagues, determine the main characteristics of this method and the principles, following which allows to obtain the desired results. The definition of «project training» is given as an organization of the educational process, when the study of a course or the entire cycle of courses in a specialty is aimed at the final result obtained in the process of setting the task and its implementation. Mechanisms to achieve this goal are training, workshops, role-playing games such as focus groups. The principles of activity, research (creative) position, objectivity (awareness) of behavior and partner (subject – subject) communication are considered in detail.

    The author reflects the tendency of developing innovative strategies in the documents of state and municipal authorities. The classification of innovative strategies in the system of state and municipal management is made from the position of reaction to changes in the external and internal environment. The author's interpretation of the term «innovative strategy» and understanding of the strategic stages of innovative process at the organizational and managerial levels in the system of state and municipal management are formulated.     The problem of the research is the identification of the weak and strengths of the innovative activity of the DIY segment (Do It Yourself). The object of the study is OP "Leroy Merlin Shopping Center" (Testers), OOO "LMV" (St.Petersburg, Ispitateley, 5). Theoretical and empirical research methods (PEST-analysis, SWOT-analysis, quantitative assessment of indicators, etc.) are used in the article. The strengths of innovative activity are revealed: price, assortment and management policy. Weaknesses: insufficient development of presentation tools and lack of innovative sales channels. The results of the analysis form the basis for developing a strategy for strengthening the innovation strategy of the trading enterprise.
