    Abstract:
    The problem of writing disorders is a very relevant topic of research in elementary school. Therefore, the importance of psychological and pedagogical support of children with a violation of written speech in an educational school is increasing. The authors of the article consider the psychological and pedagogical support of children with a violation of written speech in the framework of the implementation of the social project «Gramoteyka». The article presents the results of the diagnosis of signs of dysgraphy and the results of correctional work to correct violations of written speech.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the results of an empirical study of the features of the working memory of schoolchildren with learning problems. The research topic is relevant and significant in the context of solving the problems of forming the quality of sustainable school knowledge among students at the stage of primary education. To study the characteristics of the working memory of younger schoolchildren with partial learning difficulties, a number of methods were used that were implemented in the course of a formative experiment to test the developed correctional program. In the course of an empirical study, at the initial stage, the following were established: reduced productivity and instability of memorization; the low level of mediated memorization, with the subsequent use of the correctional program in work with the subjects, positive dynamic changes were obtained at a significant level of significance in the following features of the working memory of younger schoolchildren with learning problems (a noticeable predominance of visual memory over verbal; rapid memorization of material).

  • Using a Situational-Game Approach at the English Lessons in the Secondary General School

    The article considers the features of using the situational-game approach as a means of forming lexical skills in English language lessons at the secondary school level. The aim of the work is to study the use of a situational-game approach in teaching English to develop the lexical skills of a student studying at a secondary school, to propose and test methodically during the experiment techniques that should increase the effectiveness of teaching. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were formed: to develop a set of exercises for teaching grade 6 students foreign language vocabulary using a situational-game approach; to apply a situational-game approach in English lessons. The theoretical significance of the work consists in a systematic approach to teaching lexical means, formulation of requirements for working with these means at the stages of training and output to speech, development of new ways of generalization and activation of lexical material. The practical significance of the work is connected with the fact that the results of the study can be used directly in the educational process when teaching foreign language vocabulary in the conditions of secondary school, contributes to improving the efficiency of the process of teaching the Russian language. The article presents examples of the use of situational-game approach in English lessons in the 6th grade of secondary school. During the experiment, all the goals and objectives were achieved, and the expediency of the proposed set of pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the system of formation of lexical skills in schoolchildren by using a situational-game approach in the process of learning English was confirmed. Based on the above, it can be concluded that the use of a situational-game approach when studying vocabulary in English lessons gives a positive dynamic, and also solves all the tasks.

    The purpose of the article is to substantiate approaches to the development of educational and methodological kits for preschool educational institutions of the Chuvash Republic on the development of native speech and teaching native language, literary education in the Chuvash language. Literature analysis, study of the history of the formation and development of methods of speech development and literary education of pre-school students: the views of the founders of the methodology of speech development (E.I. Tikheeva, E.A. Fleerin, O.I. Soloviev, etc.) and literary education of pre-school students (M.M. Konina, L.M. Gurovich, Z.A. Gritsenko, etc.). The need for a systematic approach to work on speech development (E.I. Tikheeva), justification of the approach to the lesson as the main leading form of education (M.M. Alekseeva, V.I. Yashina), modern requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in working with preschoolers and the views of classical teachers (E.A. Fleerin, A.P. Usova, O.A. Skorolupova), the importance of a comprehensive approach to solving speech development problems (F.A. Sokhin, O.S.     The purpose of the article is based on the analysis of materials published in the pre-October period and in the first post-revolutionary years to identify theoretical ideas and practical developments in the field of pedagogy, which formed the basis for the design of the Soviet labor school. Research material. The main sources of the research are scientific and pedagogical publications of representatives of Western pedagogical thought and Russian pedagogy, published in the first decades of the XX century. Research results and conclusions. The analysis of the research source base allowed us to identify the ideological foundations formed in the late XIX – early XX centuries, on which the theory and practice of the labor school were built. The goal of the school was to, based on the labor principle of education The goal of the school was to ensure, based on the labor principle of education, the overall development of the intellectual abilities of the child, to teach him to observe the world around him and explore it independently, to gain knowledge by experience, to be able to continue and expand them, organically merging into one whole worldview. The developed ideological foundations became the basis for the theoretical development in 1918 of the project of a new Soviet school. However, by the end of the 1920s, in the conditions of the aggravation of the inconsistency of the proclaimed ideas with the requirements of the emerging Soviet state-political system, the increase of errors and shortcomings in their implementation, the model of the labor school ceased to be in demand.

    The relevance of the chapter topic is due to the fact that very little attention is paid to the sound culture of schoolchildren's speech when teaching in general educational institutions. Recent studies have shown a large percentage of first graders who have speech impairments, in particular oral, when they enter school. Speech disorders affect not only the child's communication skills and learning outcomes in the disciplines «Russian language» and «Literature». The cognitive sphere of a child is a world of close interconnections, where a violation or underdevelopment of one of the structures slows down or disrupts the development of another. Deviations in speech development impede the formation of verbal-logical thinking, operations of analysis, synthesis, generalization, and classification, which leads not only to difficulties in mastering the program material of individual disciplines, but also generally negatively affects the cognitive development of the child. We see the search for effective approaches to solving this problem in STEAM education, an ever-growing direction, implying an approach in which several subject areas are integrated into interdisciplinary project and research activities. Having studied the existing developments in the framework of special education, we see a real possibility and need to develop a methodological manual based on the STEAM approach in order to form the sound culture of schoolchildren's speech.

    Domestic education in the period of "enlightened absolutism" made a significant step forward. By the time of Catherine II's accession to the tsarist throne, education expenses amounted to only 0.15% of the state budget. By 1794, 1.28% was already allocated for education in the country, and 9% was spent on the maintenance of the Empress's court. At the end of the XVIII century, there were about 550 different educational institutions in the Russian Empire, in which up to 62,000 students studied. Among them there were about 400 public schools, over 60 theological seminaries and about 60 class-closed educational institutions.

  • Correction of Dysgraphy of Primary School Children with General Speech Underdevelopment

    This article is devoted to the disclosure of the content of the correctional work of a speech therapist in violation of written speech with children with general underdevelopment of speech. The purpose of the article is to show the effectiveness of speech therapy work aimed at correcting dysgraphia of children with speech disorders. The increase of the growth of children with speech impairment in recent years indicates the relevance of this problem and the need to provide corrective assistance from teachers and a speech therapist. Untimely detection and correction of dysgraphy associated with speech underdevelopment prevent the full assimilation of the curriculum and the comprehensive development of the pupil. Research method. The author presents research data obtained using the diagnostic technique of O.B. Inshakova, which allows specialists to identify a violation of the written speech of younger schoolchildren and the degree of its severity. The methods of work of the teacher are also proposed, which increase the effectiveness of the correctional work of written speech in children of primary school age with speech disorders. Research results. The control experiment showed that the number of dysgraphic errors in children of primary school age with general underdevelopment of speech decreased by 35%. Conclusions. The results of the study of the written speech of younger schoolchildren indicate the need for the use of corrective work by a speech therapist, which should be focused on the development of phonemic hearing, sound pronunciation, sound analysis and word synthesis skills, it is also necessary to expand and enrich the child's vocabulary.

  • About the Implementation of the «School Cooperation» Project in the Republic of Tatarstan

    The article focuses on the need for career guidance in rural schools, the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship, the results of the «school cooperation» project in the Kazan Cooperative Institute. The relevance of the topic touched upon in this article is due to the fact that today modern youth does not see the possibility of self-realization and a decent lifestyle in rural areas, in their small homeland. The development and promotion of the «school cooperation» project provides an opportunity for young people, students of rural schools to realize the possibilities of doing business in rural areas (and/or in cities) by engaging in cooperative entrepreneurship. Using the method of descriptive analysis of the data set and numerous surveys of rural schools, district administrations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as other regions of the Russian Federation, it was concluded that modern youth does not seek to stay in rural areas. The monitoring made it possible to come to the conclusion that in many regions of the republic there is a personnel shortage of individual specialists. Results. Based on the data obtained, the directions of cooperation and the possibility of implementing the «Accelerator of School Cooperatives» project were proposed, which was highly appreciated by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, corresponds to the goals of national projects and subprojects. Popularization and development of cooperation will make it possible to create a full-cycle cooperation in the future. The materials of the article will be useful to the heads of district administrations, heads of secondary schools for the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship and the organization of student cooperatives in the regions.

    The chapter analyses the modern approaches to the organization of school meal based on the food pedagogy model. We proved its effectiveness for achieving sustainable development goals using the results of selection, analysis, logical generalization of information presented in the online resources Elsevier, PubMed, ResearchGate, eLIBRARY.RU. It is confirmed that the implementation of the model in practice requires special measures both at the institutional level and at the level of educational institutions themselves. Collaboration and interdisciplinary approach are the base for the development of those measures.
