Исследователями представлены результаты экспериментального обучения школьников немецкому языку, примеры лексических упражнений, разработанных на основе учёта различных стратегий восприятия, для дифференцированного обучения лексике в микрогруппах.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the state of both the general and the special methods of the Russian (native) language. From the standpoint of current requirements, the state of the methodology of teaching Russian language in typhoid pedagogy is analyzed, in particular, the work of such typhoid pedagogues as M.I. Zemtsovoy, V.A. Mylnikova, N.S. Kostyuchek, I.L. Morgaylik, as well as I.P. Chigrinova. The work identifies the range of problems to be solved. As an answer to one of such questions, a route for linguistic competence formation in blind adolescents in the process of learning Russian is proposed, aimed at the development of functional literacy and the implementation of correctional and developmental activities.

    Статья посвящена опыту Новосибирской области по управлению развития талантами, выявлению лучших практик работы муниципалитетов по созданию центров по работе с одаренными детьми и талантливой молодежи. Основной идеей работы является анализ развития образовательной среды через мониторинг специализированных классов в регионе, участие молодежи в движении Junior Skills и World Skills. Автор приходит к выводу, что участие в реализации программы НТИ и реиндустриализации в Новосибирской области повышает мотивацию обучающихся, их наставников, самих образовательных организаций в поиске форм и методов развития талантов.

    Abstract:
    Effective activity of each university is impossible without taking into account its specifics and individual features. In this regard, in each educational institution there is a need to develop and apply additional competencies, and accordingly their own work programs, pedagogical innovations, methodological and didactic materials on academic disciplines in addition to the competencies specified in the Federal State educational Standards of Higher Education that meet the requirements of the competence approach. Such concretization taking into account regional, mental, personal features both of teachers and students is inevitable. Therefore, some opportunity to maneuver is necessary, making something of their own, individual by each university, each individual teacher in the education process. In KBSAU named after V.M. Kokov the pointed out work is carried out within the framework of special professional competences. The authors of the monograph tried to justify the necessity and usefulness of such competencies usage, to show how their use affected the disclosure of personal qualities of students, the development of their abilities for independent work, the creation of new models of lectures and classroom trainings at the university, presented methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and evaluation of extracurricular work.

  • The practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry

    Abstract:
    The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.

    Abstract:
    Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

The study was carried out on the basis of the methods of analysis of pedagogical, methodical literature, modeling method. The paper describes in detail the principles and stages of the formation of research competencies in the process of the entire period of schooling, describes the model of the formation of research competencies of students in teaching mathematics. The structural elements of research competences, determined on the basis of the understanding of competencies as the knowledge, ways of activity and experience, taking into account the specifics of the mathematical content, the characteristics of learning mathematics. The described step-by-step preparation of students for research activities can be used in teaching mathematics at school.

    Abstract:
    Развитие электронного обучения (E-leaning) требует создания педагогических моделей различного уровня, пригодных для реализации их средствами вычислительной техники. В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема создания модели образовательного пространства вуза на основе нечетких методов моделирования. Автором предложено рассматривать образовательное пространство как множество образовательных ситуаций разного уровня: целевая образовательная ситуация студента, входные и промежуточные образовательные ситуации различного уровня. Образовательный процесс в этом случае – направленный переход студента от входной образовательной ситуации к целевой образовательной ситуации. Модель строится с целевой образовательной ситуации, которая рассматривается как множество компетенций, каждая из которых, в свою очередь, представляет собой совокупность базовых качеств, отображаемых на соответствующих количественных шкалах. Уровень сформированности и развития базовых качеств у студента отражает функция принадлежности. Таким образом, образовательное пространство вуза представляет собой совокупность множеств второго уровня, элементы которых отражены на количественных шкалах, что делает возможным реализацию полученной модели средствами вычислительной техники, расчета на её основе индивидуальной образовательной траектории, оптимизации образовательного процесса по временным, материальным и иным влияющим на эффективность образования параметрам.
