- Abstract:
- Modern education is undergoing serious changes and is aimed at developing competencies for students to be successful in society: critical thinking, communication skills, cooperation and positive interaction skills, social and cultural awareness, functional literacy, etc. Accordingly, the forms and methods of teaching and development of students of different age groups change accordingly. The most effective strategies for working with children include those that help students understand what is being presented to them in class, providing meaningful feedback, approaches that improve metacognition, and students' ability to plan and evaluate their own learning. In the present study, we have made an attempt to develop a program to develop the linguistic abilities of teenagers that is based on the basic principles of subject-subject interaction in the educational process. The developed program caused a number of changes in the motivational and cognitive spheres of the students, and positive changes in the mastering of linguistic material. The received data testifies to the efficiency of the created psychological and pedagogical conditions at the lessons and the positive influence of the subject-subject interaction at the lesson to the development of the teenagers' linguistic abilities of the studied group.

- Abstract:
- The article discusses methodological recommendations and general principles of conducting classes on basic physical culture at the university using the method of circular training. The authors set a goal: to study the influence of the circular training method on the development of strength abilities of the muscles of the upper shoulder girdle and lower extremities in female students. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: analysis of educational and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing. It was assumed that the use of circular training using moderate weights without changing the weight of the projectiles, but increasing the number of series-circles, would lead to an increase in the strength indicators of the subjects. The study took place over three months. During this period of time, 2nd-year students of the Faculty of Economics of the K. A. Timiryazev Academy were undergoing a training program in the discipline basic physical culture according to the system of circular training proposed by us, focused on the development of strength abilities. According to the results of the study, all the subjects were able to significantly increase the number of repetitions in strength tests: push-ups from the prone position and squats with a barbell weighing 35 kg. Thus, we have come to the following conclusions: 1) the use of the circular training method in basic physical education classes is effective for the development of students' strength abilities; 2) circular training with fixed weights is successfully applied not only to develop the quality of endurance, but also the actual strength abilities of the muscles of the shoulder girdle and lower extremities.

The problems of inclusive education in the system of secondary vocational education have recently become particularly relevant due to the increasing number of students with limited health opportunities and disabilities. Such an educational trajectory should not only include special conditions that ensure the satisfaction of the special educational needs of such students, but also be aimed at mastering the professional competencies necessary for a modern competitive individual in the labor market. The main tool for implementing the inclusive model of education should be considered an adapted educational program of secondary vocational education. However, the implementation mechanism of this normative document still continues to raise many questions and difficulties. That is why this study was conducted, which involved teachers and masters of vocational training in the system of secondary vocational education, aimed at identifying the difficulties that arise in the implementation of adapted educational programs.
