- Abstract:
- The article discusses the problem of preparing students aged 13-14 for indore rowing competitions within the framework of the School Rowing League (SHGL). The relevance of using jump training as a means of developing special endurance and explosive power in schoolchildren is substantiated. The anatomical and physiological features of adolescence that determine the choice of means and methods of training are analyzed. A comparison of the biomechanics of rowing on the Concept2 simulator and jumping movements is presented, and the similarity of working muscle groups is proved. The physiological foundations of jumping training (stretching-contraction cycle, muscle reactivity) and the conditions for its safe use in school sports are revealed. It is concluded that it is advisable to include athletics jumping exercises in the training program for young academic rowers at the stage of initial specialization.

Ethnic Culture Volume 8 No 2- Author:
- Yulia V. Berezina
- Work direction:
- Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- This article examines the Crimean Mennonites, a distinct ethnoreligious group of the German people. The study aims to trace the historical and religious evolution of the community and determine the extent of its influence on the ethnicity, linguistic culture, and lifestyle of the group’s members. The empirical basis of the study is the memoirs of the head of the family, whose first language was the Low German dialect in its oral form. The study outlines the history of Mennonitism, identifies the main features of its local existence in Crimea, and notes the adaptation of Anabaptist principles to the natural, economic, and sociocultural conditions of the peninsula. Particular attention is paid to the typology of the group, the systematization of its external and internal names, and the identification of key markers of religious identity and attitudes toward their native language. The study also characterizes the lifestyle of the Mennonite family within the context of the historical community. The study's results demonstrate a profound interconnection between religious affiliation and the ethnocultural characteristics of the group. Historical changes in group identification indicate the preservation of clear community boundaries. Language, however, remains a key marker of cultural continuity. Proficiency in the native Low German dialect serves as an important marker of self-identification even in the absence of a written language. The Low German dialect is currently ceasing to exist as a means of everyday communication, but it persists as an element of cultural memory and a marker of ethnicity.

- Лучшие практики психолого-педагогического сопровождения образовательного процесса
- Abstract:
- This article examines the problem of student demotivation in the modern educational system and proposes an approach to solving it through the use of game design principles. The phenomenon of “boredom” is analyzed as a result of a mismatch between the complexity of educational material and the learner’s level of preparation. The concept of “flow” is considered as a state of deep engagement in activity. The article identifies the main problems of traditional education: lack of immediate feedback, uniform difficulty level for all students, monotony of learning, and lack of progress visualization. To solve these problems, the article proposes mechanics borrowed from the gaming industry: adaptive difficulty, task variability, achievement systems, and instant feedback. The educational platform Duolingo is analyzed as an example. The risks of excessive gamification and suppression of intrinsic motivation are also discussed.

- Abstract:
- The article discusses which hardware accelerators are advisable to use if you need to train large language models on your own servers, rather than in the cloud. The main types of accelerators are analyzed — GPU, ASIC, FPGA and others. The cost of ownership of different solutions for local use when installing 256 accelerators is compared separately. As a result, it is concluded that the choice of equipment should take into account not only the speed of calculations, but also the costs of electricity, cooling and software compatibility.

- Abstract:
- This research article, a collaborative effort, examines the results of a study examining the transition of Russian higher education to the Bologna system, as well as materials from previously published research articles. The article emphasizes that the introduction of a two-tier system of higher education has led to mixed consequences, such as a decline in educational quality, an increased financial burden on students, and an imbalance in the student-faculty radio. Experts are divided between supporters and opponents of this system, expressing different opinions regarding its effectiveness. The article also examines Russia’s withdrawal from the Bologna system and the transition to developing a unique educational structure that takes into account the country’s national interests and needs. The article concludes that Russia’s integration into the Bologna system could have negative consequences for Russian education and the economy, as it would lead to standardization of programs, influence the domestic political environment, and increase the “brain drain”. Ultimately, Russia’s decision to withdraw from this system and develop its own structure focused on national interests and economic needs was an important step.
