- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to a description of cognitive attitude complexes that underlie linguistic thinking and function in the form of cultural codes. Such complexes form a cognitive substrate of linguistic thinking. It has ethnocultural and ethnolinguistic specificity. Research methods: analysis, comparison, descriptive method, interlinguistic comparison of mercantilist and military cultural codes on the basis of English and Russian linguocultural materials. Research results. It is outlined that the cognitive substrate of the linguistic thinking performs the function of modelling reality, acting as a complex of cultural codes. It is shown that the codes used by a person in his / her linguistic thinking are divided into internal and external ones. Internal codes are spiritually close to their user; he / she forms thoughts in them, and as for external codes, he / she only verbally formulates thoughts, translates them from internal to external code. Among the internal codes, there is a cultural code that is closest to the person because of his / her state, occupation, etc. It is concluded that the person views the surrounding world through the prism of the most familiar sphere of life, making it a model of the world and a cultural code.

- Abstract:
- The authors outlines that in Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome, there were several discourses on the concept of corruption. It is pointed out that on the one hand, corruption was viewed in moralistic terms as a loss of virtue in relation to society; a generalized condition that randomly affects political elites and citizens. On the other hand, corruption is a narrow, legalistic view of this act as an abuse of public office for personal purposes, and, as in the modern sense corruption includes such actions as patronage, bribery, extortion and embezzlement. It is sometimes assumed that the first discourse was either unique or dominant discourse in the ancient “states”. However, this article will reveal that the problem of corruption as an abuse of power was developed in the classical period, especially in Athens and Rome. The concept of corruption in Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome from the point of view of discourse and practice will be analyzed.

- Abstract:
- The authors of the article emphasizes that the development of agro-industrial complex in our country is not only due to the formation of agricultural holdings, but also through the development of small business patterns. Taking into consideration the fact that large retail chains prefer to work with companies that can supply a high volume of goods at once, they are not interested in farmers who supply low volume of output. It is noted that the seasonal nature of agricultural output also increases the risk of product damage during storage. This risk is especially increased if the storage conditions are not met. It is found out that small-scale peasant business patterns are not able to maintain storage facilities that will meet different storage conditions for different types of products. Accordingly, for them, the problem of the risk of damage and loss of grown products due to non-compliance with storage conditions is more acute. The situation under consideration determines the relevance of the stated topic. The purpose of the study is to clarify the main goals and objectives of the formation of a modern storage system for agricultural products as the main factor in reducing the risk of its damage and loss. The study was conducted in several stages: the institutional framework for the formation of storage systems for agricultural products was studied; the institutional structure of the Central Federal district to create a modern system for storing agricultural raw materials and goods was systematized; target installations for placement of agricultural products storage enterprises in the context of the Central Federal district regions have been defined.

National Cinematograph and National Mind-Set

- Work direction:
- Problems of Ethnic Cultures Preservation
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the problem of national cinematograph in the conditions of the dominance of mass cinema products at the market, especially the American film industry. Paradigms and criteria in the definition of national (ethnic) cinema are presented. The aim of the article is to confirm its working hypothesis, which is that the development of national cinematograph becomes significant only when, reproducing by filming their own narratives, imbued with national mind-set, the authors create cinematographic artifacts with their own manner, style, language, which is able to develop and enrich the film language. The descriptive and analytical methodology used in conjunction with the historical and genetic method allows us to come to certain conclusions. These findings consist in the position that such national cinematograph becomes pervasive, which is permeated by the national mind-set and at the same time responds to both ethnic and world cultural challenges, creates national narratives that due to their relevance become meta-ethnic narratives. An analysis of the existing definitions and properties of what should be understood as national cinematograph allows one to discuss the topic of what the essence of national cinema is: in the local and regional desire to establish itself as having a right to exist, or in the meta-ethnic aspect, which allows national cinema to become a direction in cinema. Thus, the necessary property of national cinematograph for its equal existence among others, the author singles out such a feature as the situation of passionarity in which the nation lives. Its mind-set creates its own national narrative, and therefore its own cinema language. The article is the part of a fundamental study on the theory of cinema, in which the main points are categories such as "film narrative", "conventionality of cinematograph" and "film language".

A number of geographical names of the toponymic area of Blagodarovka find identical or close parallels in most other Moksha-Mordovian and Erzya-Mordovian toponymic areas of the region. It is noted that the essence of this phenomenon – the preservation of the intangible cultural heritage - should be considered in two aspects: in a narrow and broad sense of this phenomenon. In a narrow sense, the essential characteristic of the institution in question refers to cultural, ethnic, personal identity. In a broad sense, the essence of this social phenomenon implies a number of aspects: ontological, epistemological, functional, philosophical, normative (regulatory), programmed, instrumental (methodical). A well-thought-out socio-cultural policy aimed at reviving and preserving the cultural heritage should be harmoniously implemented at the federal, regional, local (municipal) levels.

- Abstract:
- The article describes the internal dialogic nature of the Future Tense category in mass media texts. On the example of various texts, the author comes to the conclusion that the internal dialogic nature of the category as one of the resources of word creation is becoming more and more vivid in the British mass media texts. As a result of the research, it is an obvious fact for the author that the form of presenting the article to reader in all genres of journalism is changing due to the decrease in ethical and stylistic norms of speech, determined by the progressive democratization of communication. The results of the novelty of the work are presented in the description of the Future Tense category as a complex phenomenon that has different author’s meanings because of the internal dialogue with reader, and determines the journalist's attitude to the presented information. The author of the article tells that the internal dialogic nature of the category is the basis of the future semantics, which is based on the author's desire to describe his beliefs and influence the reader using the language means of the Future Tense category.
