Conference PaperDigitalization in the education system: best practices and implementation practices- Author:
- Arina I. Bondarenko
- Work direction:
- Опыт использования современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий
- Abstract:
- The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.

Modern issues of pedagogy and psychology: theoretical and methodological approaches and practical re-search results- Author:
- Aleksandr I. Kugai
- Work direction:
- Глава 1
- Abstract:
- This chapter explores the transformation of pedagogical approaches in the context of digital information abundance. The author substantiates the need to shift from the classical educational paradigm of knowledge accumulation to a strategy of developing «cognitive immunity». Drawing on J. Baudrillard's concept of simulacra, D. Kahneman's theory of two systems of thinking, and the methodological standards of R. Paul and L. Elder, the paper proposes a toolkit for «intellectual resistance» to algorithmic distortions. Particular attention is paid to D. Halpern's four-stage model and the implementation of «slow reading» and «zones of intellectual discomfort» practices as ways to overcome fragmentation of consciousness and restore learner agency in the age of hyperreality.

- This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies. The study utilizes conceptual modeling, narrative-integrative review, and content analysis of scientific sources. Systems, activity-based, and resource-based approaches were employed to synthesize theoretical data into a unified structural and functional model. Particular attention is given to the method of theoretical synthesis for classifying family resources: material, human, social, temporal, information-digital, and

Technopark of universal pedagogical competencies- Author:
- Viktoriia N. Markhakshinova
- Work direction:
- Теория и методика физического воспитания, спортивной тренировки, оздоровительной и адаптивной физической культуры
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the analysis of the coordination structure of one of the most technically complex elements in rhythmic gymnastics — the ribbon 'boomerang' performed with the leg in combination with a forward roll. The element is considered as an integral model of movement control, where the acrobatic displacement of the body, the striking action of the lower limb, and the kinesthetic control of the apparatus must be synchronized within a single space-time continuum. A key feature of the element has been identified: the formation of an asymmetric two-link control system, in which the throwing function (impulse and direction) is delegated to the leg, while the function of ensuring the return (control and pull-back) remains with the opposite hand. This is confirmed by the lack of correlation between the kinematic parameters of the upper and lower limbs. Based on biomechanical data, critical control points and optimal ranges of kinematic parameters have been identified.

Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:

- Abstract:
- This chapter presents the results of a study on the dynamics of agricultural development in the regions of the Central Federal District (CFD) over the period 2010–2024. It was found that the observed growth in gross agricultural output and the increase in production volumes of certain types of agricultural products were shaped by multidirectional structural shifts. Against the backdrop of minor negative changes in the structure of sown areas and livestock populations, a sustained positive trend in increasing the productivity of crops and animals was identified as a compensatory factor. The value of gross output per hectare of agricultural land was selected as an integral indicator of the level of agricultural development in the regions. A ranking of the CFD subjects based on this indicator recorded positive dynamics, expressed in the transition of several regions from the category of low development level to groups with medium and high development levels. As of the end of 2024, 8 regions were classified in the high development level group, and another 8 regions in the medium level group. Only one region remained in the low development level group; however, it possesses potential for further growth provided that the authorities implement an effective structural policy aimed at strengthening food security through state support mechanisms.

New logistics opportunities: project management potential
Book Chapter
Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Vladimir N. Kruglov
- Work direction:
- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- In the theoretical part of the chapter, the basic concepts of program-targeted management of socio-economic processes of territorial development are given and developed. The epistemological roots of the emergence and modification of this tool are identified, and modern typologies of project management structures and algorithms are presented, taking into account situational conditions. In the empirical part, specific conditions are considered that accompany the dynamics of the development of project management by the Kaluga Region State Unitary Enterprise Kalugadorkazachik in planning and ensuring the implementation of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project in the region. It is the quality of infrastructure that largely determines the standard of living of the population, the investment attractiveness and the volume of financial (as well as other) assets, and the diversification of the real sectors of the regional (municipal) economy. Therefore, the interest in innovative updates to the program and target support, the use of unused reserves, and intensification is quite natural. In this regard, the experience of the Kaluga Region can serve as a standard for the further development of many other regions of the Russian Federation.

The evolution of the Lawyer's image in 2024-2026: from classical archetypes to digital identity and AI communications
Book Chapter
Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Aleksandr I. Kugai
- Work direction:
- Глава 17
- Abstract:
- This chapter examines the complex transformation of the professional image of lawyers in the context of the total digitalization and media coverage of the legal environment in 2024–2026. The author analyzes the impact of digital communications, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and the publicity of legal proceedings on reputation formation and the effectiveness of legal defense. Historical and cultural archetypes of the lawyer's image in fiction and cinema are examined, paralleling them with modern demands for flexibility, mobility, and moral choice. Particular attention is paid to the «Pyramid of Meanings» and nonverbal aspects of communication (body language), which remain critical in the era of AI dominance. Case studies from recent years demonstrate how impression management and digital reputation are becoming tangible factors influencing the outcomes of high-profile court cases.

ARCHITECTURE OF POST-HEROIC CONSCIOUSNESS: METACOGNITIVE SYNTHESIS IN THE ERA OF COLLECTIVE INDIVIDUATION AND ANTHROPOLOGICAL TRANSITION
Book Chapter
Pedagogy and psychology as sciences of building the potential of modern society- Author:
- Svetlana A. Pavlenko
- Work direction:
- Глава 5
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the phenomenon of the transition of the individual from the completed paradigm of the «Hero's Path», focused on achievement and overcoming, to the paradigm of the «Being of the Creator», where the architecture of consciousness, peace and metacognitive self-regulation become the main value. On the basis of an interdisciplinary analysis, it is proved that the global upheavals of the 20s of the XXI century (pandemic, geopolitical and economic crises) provoked the process of collective individuation, accompanied by cognitive-emotional exhaustion, the phenomenon of «success fatigue» and the need for a new ethic. The emergence of a new social demand for helping practices of an evolutionary, rather than healing, type is substantiated. The concept of the «architect of consciousness» is proposed as a logical continuation of therapy and coaching to work with the request for building a new pyramid of values and neurolinguistic meanings.
