  • Dynamics of public opinion towards Islamists in the Arab Republic of Egypt at the beginning of the 21st century

    Abstract:
    The article describes the process of restructuring the Egyptian political field in the context of confrontation between representatives of the military elite and religious political movements in Egypt on the eve and after the events of the Arab Spring. The data of sociological surveys conducted by the Arab Barometer Center on the attitude of citizens towards Islamist parties and religious leaders in the MENA are analyzed. As a result of a comparative analysis of data for 2012–2014 with data obtained in 2018–2019, conclusions were drawn about a decrease in the level of trust of the population of the region in Islamists and a decrease in the level of religiosity in general. As a result of the historical analysis, the reasons that influenced this process are named, including the unsuccessful reforms of the Islamists and the rise of the extremist movement.

  • The Scope and Content of the Notion of Phraseomatic Unit (Based on the English Language Material)

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the research described in the article is to further develop the definition of phraseomatic units and find their position in the system of idiomatics. The research methods applied in the work include dictionary definitions analysis, semantic analysis, comparative analysis. The results of the research are as follows: in the course of analysis the authors showed the characteristic features of phraseomatic units against the background of other kinds of idiomatic units of language; characterized the types of meaning reinterpretation in the process of phrases’ semantic transposition in general and in the process of phraseomatic units generation in particular; revealed the predominant sphere of their speech usage (the discourse of professional communication). The prospects of further research are: studying phraseomatisms in connection with their terminological function, their ability to determine the most important quality of the object of nomination, are bound to deepen our understanding of their place in the system of idiomatics, and therefore they are sure to bring us closer to solving the riddle of idiomaticity. Phraseomatic units and other idiomatic units of language must be studied within the framework of a unified theory of idiomatics. All kinds of idiomatic units have not only specific but also common features, which makes it possible to unify them into one structural and semantic class.

    В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с профилактикой и противодействием распространению идеологии экстремизма и терроризма среди молодежи как наиболее уязвимой и подверженной внешнему деструктивному влиянию категории населения. Ставится вопрос о необходимости межведомственного взаимодействия (специалистов правоохранительных органов, органов исполнительной власти, научного сообщества, представителей гражданского общества), направленного не только на профилактику, но и на формирование устойчивой гражданской, правовой и социальной позиции и ответственности молодых людей в интересах обеспечения государственного благополучия. На примере Окружного антитеррористического форума Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа – Югры анализируются возможные направления деятельности в рамках межведомственного взаимодействия. Делается вывод, что такое сотрудничество является основой для выработки эффективных способов профилактики распространения идеологии экстремизма и терроризма в молодежной среде.

Следует отметить, что к наиболее характерным преступлениям данной группы относятся неоказание помощи больному и оставление в опасности, но в статье затронуты и иные составы преступлений, связанные с данным деянием.

    В статье представлены суждения, основанные на развитии композиционных умений у детей старшего дошкольного возраста в декоративной аппликации. Автор статьи трактует понятие «композиция» как процесс, составление, расположение, сложение, соединение частей в единую систему в определенном порядке, в соответствии с какой-либо идеей. Опираясь на анализ педагогической литературы, определены характеристики композиционных умений детей старшего дошкольного возраста, которые могут сформироваться у старших дошкольников. Для изучения уровня развития композиционных умений на формирующем этапе были использованы методы тестирования Т.С. Комарова, О.А. Соломенникова для того, чтобы выявить уровень композиционных умений в аппликативной деятельности по замыслу и на предложенную тему у детей старшего дошкольного возраста. В результате было выявлено, что основными сложностями у детей является использование всего пространства листа, наличие асимметричного расположения, передача образной выразительности формы, пропорции, цвета, пространства, недостаточная детализированность образов, небольшая продуктивность, замыслов.

    В статье рассматривается локус «лес» в рассказе Л. Андреева «Бездна», который состоит из следующих лексико-семантических подлокусов: холм, роща, застава, овраг, бугор, яма, поле, поляна, ров, канава. Локус «лес» включает в себя локус «дорога» и в рассказе является замкнутым со своими временными и пространственными законами, в которых животное начало в человеке побеждает культурное. Семантика локуса «лес» у Л. Андреева связана с концептами «день» – «ночь»: днем лес имеет положительные коннотации и ассоциируется с раем, а ночью – отрицательную и символизирует ад (бездну).

  • Sources of Formation of Legal Positions of Russian Highest Judicial Bodies

    The present study is devoted to determining the place and role of legal positions of higher judicial bodies of Russia (judicial legal positions) in the mechanism of legal regulation. Let us specify in advance that the author means the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation (taking into account the 2014 amendments made to the legislation concerning the liquidation of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation) as the higher judicial bodies of Russia. Establishing the meaning and role of judicial legal positions in the mechanism of legal regulation is carried out by the author of this study through the analysis and demonstration of the main sources of formation of legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. In this regard, the author of this work identifies as sources of formation of judicial legal positions: legal and non-legal. Non-legal sources of formation of legal positions of the highest courts of Russia differ from the legal ones in the fact that initially they do not have material expression, exist in the abstract, however, have no less importance for the process of formation of judicial legal positions. To the legal sources of creating legal positions of the highest judicial bodies of Russia the author includes: formal sources of law, current legal practice, legal doctrine. As non-legal sources of formation of legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation are: the inner conviction of a judge and professional legal consciousness of a judge. The author of this scientific research consistently reveals the importance and role of each source of formation of judicial legal positions. The conducted study of the most significant sources of formation of judicial legal positions allowed to better understand the place of legal positions of higher courts of Russia in the legal system and their role in legal regulation, which is reduced not just to the interpretation of judicial acts, but also to the formation of new legal provisions, which ultimately form a uniform judicial practice. Methodological basis of the study consisted of: analysis, synthesis, comparative-legal method, deduction, induction and other ways of knowledge used in science. Scientific conclusions and proposals contained in this work may serve as a basis for further theoretical study of the problems of judicial legal positions and used in the activities of legislative and law enforcement bodies.

Если адаптация не сформирована, у школьника появляются проблемы и затруднения в обучении, нарушается процесс формирования потребностей и интересов, нарушение в общение.
