    The monograph deals with issues relating to research on the socio-psychological characteristics and life prospects of the educator’s personality - concepts, history of development, methods and techniques. In order to fulfill functions and achieve good results in professional activities, an educator, possessing a set of socio-psychological features and important qualities in terms of professional, should plan his activities. The educator needs to build a future perspective and fruitfully realize his life path. According to the results of the research conducted within the framework of social psychology, the conclusion was made: the life perspective of educators is subjective and determined by the characteristics of their socio-psychological characteristics, their psychological well-being, level of resilience, specific content characteristics of the awareness of their inner world «I», of their past, present, and future. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study presents a theoretical justification for the definition of the concepts of socio-psychological characteristics, life and time perspectives of the educator’s personality. Some features of these concepts are revealed. Practical significance is to be identified within the framework of those aspects of the problem being studied, which the authors will solve in perspective.     Application builder (and appropriate script language) NeoBook is presented to attention of beginners in programming and teachers of informatics and information technologies in secondary and high schools. It allows to create qualitative applications of practically any form and view for Windows OS . Strong sides and limits of this programming technology are formulated. Advantages of NeoBook are shown both for learning programming "from zero" and for everyday practice of creating computer applications. In the end of the article there is a conclusion that NeoBook can be successfully learned as the first language of programming and it can be used as full-fledged application builder by people of any specialty who wish to automatize some task processing and get new possibilities.

In recent years, there has been a sharp increase in the number of children with speech disorders. Such disorders have a significant impact on child's mental development, which is reflected in his behavior and activities. Severe speech disorders can affect the child's mental development, i.e. the formation of higher levels of cognitive activity. This is due to the close relationship between speech and thinking which can affect the limits of speech contacts of the child, their knowledge of the surrounding reality.

  • Dysgraphia Manifestations Peculiarities in Elementary Bilingual Schoolchildren

    The presented article is devoted to the problem of writing disorders in elementary bilingual schoolchildren in the Russian-language learning environment. The aim of the study is to identify the dysgraphia manifestations peculiarities in elementary bilingual schoolchildren. The concepts of «dysgraphia», «bilingualism», and «transfer» are clarified in the article. Particular attention is paid to the transfer of the native language in the process of learning the Russian language as a second language. Analysis of the study results showed that 100% of children have both spelling and dysgraphic errors. When testing the ability to write at dictation, children made various types of dysgraphic errors. Methods. A comparative analysis of linguistic differences at the phonetic and grammatical levels is given on the examples of Khakass, Azerbaijani and Russian speech. As part of the study, a methodology was conducted for examining written speech among bilingual schoolchildren of Khakass and Azerbaijan nationalities studying in Russian in the 2nd grade of the city of Abakan. Result. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data showed the presence of specific writing errors of all types of dysgraphia in this category of children. The applicable scope of results. The materials of the article can be used by speech therapists and teachers in the analysis and classification of the identified violations of written speech in elementary bilingual schoolchildren. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop more effective scientifically-based methodological system for teaching Russian as a second language.

    Abstract: Being in a boarding school and the specifics of socialization make it difficult for children to form the skills necessary for effective functioning in society and require special socio-pedagogical programs to prepare for independent life in society. Participation in positive leisure and preventive activities changes people's behavior, helps in the formation of new personality - important qualities that contribute to the formation of a mature approach to their lives and increase starting opportunities when graduating from a boarding school, aims children to create a positive image of the family. If teenagers grew up in a dysfunctional family, then where to take an example of a prosperous one? In educational institutions, there is little talk about family relationships and family values. In residential institutions, this issue is on an important place. The diagnosis of aggression in adolescents is performed using psychodiagnostic personality questionnaires, projective tests.

    Domestic education in the period of "enlightened absolutism" made a significant step forward. By the time of Catherine II's accession to the tsarist throne, education expenses amounted to only 0.15% of the state budget. By 1794, 1.28% was already allocated for education in the country, and 9% was spent on the maintenance of the Empress's court. At the end of the XVIII century, there were about 550 different educational institutions in the Russian Empire, in which up to 62,000 students studied. Among them there were about 400 public schools, over 60 theological seminaries and about 60 class-closed educational institutions.
